Get your shit together Kenma. He takes a deep breath to calm himself down, Gets off of the closed toilet, and back to Kuroo.
"Hey, Kuroo i-i'm sorry for acting like that earlier.. It's just that, I have a crush on a girl, and this has never happened to me before so you know i don't know what to do with these weird feelings." His words coming out fast to get this embarrassment over with.

Still Kenma payed no mind to it, and went off on his newly made crush before the bell rang signaling class would start soon.
The two parted ways to their respective classrooms, Kenma walking with a little skip in his step.
He needs to get her a present to show his gratitude for her helping pick up his pencils that one time. He thinks as the end of the day bell rings. Volleyball has been a real nuisance ever since he had his heart set on her.
He needs to make more time for getting her to notice his existence... Half the day is already done spent on school and after-school activities. Even now, as he makes his way to the convince store to get food to prepare for dinner. This time could be spent on thinking of different present to get l/n-san. Finally on his way to the checkout line he comes across the stationery section.
A small gift would be good to start with he thinks as he goes to reach for the simple mechanical pencil, cute paw design. So adorable, so pure. Just like her, he thinks. purfect~
Kenma did think of writing a note, baking cookies even, but both of those would turn out awful. His penmanship isn't the best you see, and he never learned how to bake even simple box cookies. A pencil with cat print was the best option to go with ...
