Henry's pov

Me: Seriously, dude? You're still in it for Stacy's mom?
Liam: Well, yea...she's got it going on
Me: She's literally 40 years old!
Liam: So?
Jake: You guys are really weird

The bell rang

Me: Looks like I have history class now, see ya later, dudes
Drew: Yea, bye

I walked down the school halls and in the class. Ugh, history. Why must we learn history? I wish there was a lesson about lettuce cause I mean, I'm craving for it right now.

While the teacher was busy babbling some history nonsense, I got a strange feeling someone was watching me...I looked behind me and got some chills. Oh no.....it was Sadie...she was looking at me creepily so I just turned around to listen to the teacher.

Ms Jones: Alright, class! So I'll be assigning some partner projects for all of you!

Oh man! Partner projects? I really hope I get partnered up with Lia!

Ms Jones: Ok so Stacy with Criss....

I prayed to get chosen with Lia

Ms Jones: Lia with Daisy

Damn it!

Ms Jones: And Sadie with Henry

Holy lettuce.....I'm chosen with Sadie? This is such an unlucky day for me...

Ms Jones: Now, you shall plan where to make the project, if you want you can discuss it now! Remember the project is to be assigned next week.

Sadie walked to my table.

I gulped.

Sadie: So, do you want to have the project at my place or yours?
Me: Ummmmmm

If we do the project at her place, I might find a head at her house and faint...and probably die. If we do it at my place, she might curse my house and tell me there's ghosts there and that statement will scare me to death....

Ok, I'm just being dramatic

Me: How about my place?
Sadie: Alright, so what time should I come?
Me: What about right after school, I can walk us back home
Sadie: Fine. See you later......friend

Did she just call me friend? And she doesn't seem that bad, maybe you shouldn't judge them before you get to know them.

I walked to my next class. But I couldn't stop thinking of Sadie, the way she talked, the way she-

Teacher: Henry? Can you please answer the question on the board?
Me: Ummmmmm, is it 42?
Teacher: Henry, this is a question about vocabulary not math.
Me: Oh, hehe

After some very boring lessons....

In the cafeteria:
Drew: So, you got partnered up with Sadie?
Me: Uh, yea
Liam: Good luck, bro. You're going to need it
Me: Thanks man, hey where's Jake?
Drew: Probably with those music freaks
Me: Oh

**Time skipped because the author is lazy as frick**

Me: Oh hi, Sadie! So, um shall we go, then?
Sadie: Yea, sure

We just had an awkward walk to my house

We finally arrived to my room. We set up some stuff.

Sadie: Your house is really nice
Me: Oh thanks, hehe.....hehe

After finishing...

Me: Whoa! I didn't know we could finish this project in a day!
Sadie: Mhm
Me: So, uh...
Sadie: I'll go now...

I decided to be a gentleman and help Sadie out.

But then, I accidentally tripped on the floor (when the floor ships Henry and Sadie) and fell on top of Sadie

Sadie(blushing): Oh, uh, can you get off of me?
Henry: Oh ok sure, I'm so sorry

Sadie got out.

The next day, I saw Drew being really down.

Me: Hey, dude, you ok?
Drew: I just broke up...with Zoey...
Me: WHAT? Why, how (acting surprised)
Drew: I caught her with her sugar daddy, so of course I said we were done.
Me: Oh my god, dude, I'm so sorry
Drew: It's fine

Me: Hey Liam!
Liam: Hey man
Me: Do you know where Lia is? I want to talk to her for a while
Liam: I think she's in the school garden somewhere
Me: Ok, thanks bro

I really wanted to ask Lia out, eventhough I know she will say no. But I'll try anyway.

I walked into the school garden.....and I couldn't believe my eyes

Zoey...and Lia................were kissing

I felt like crying...I ran to my locker and banged it. Nobody were nearby..

Me: WHY THE HELL MUST YOU STEAL HER, ZOEY! WHY MUST YOU BRING PAIN TO EVERYONE EVERYWHERE YOU GO!!!
WHY???

I heard someone: Hey, are you ok?

I turned around...and saw Sadie

Me: Yea, I'm fine...it's just...I saw my crush being kissed by someone else
Sadie: Oh....too bad I can't relate....must be awful

I couldn't handle it anymore, I needed a shoulder to cry on.

I hugged Sadie tightly.

She seemed shocked but, then hugged back.

She said with no emotion at all: It's alright, just let it all out...

Henry: I just.......want all this hell of a pain to leave! I shouldn't have fell in love, I shouldn't ha-

............

Then, that's it...

Sadie cut me off by kissing me

I never really thought she was my type, I never really knew her..... eventhough she has no emotion, she cared for me....

And although we hardly knew eachother.......

I loved her

Ok so, that was cringe 🙃, but I enjoyed writing it.
