(The pictures below are what you look like in the beginning of Naruto and then in Naruto Shippuden. I literally traced Killua and Itachi for this purpose; I traced them on my phone so they aren't good, but it's just a reference of what you look like with the eye colors.)

(I changed my mind, I was going to have readers pick their 2 eye colors but I'm going to pick them. For heterochromia eyes I need to be able to fit the color into the story, thus I picked them myself. More realistically the blue is the color of Gojo's from Jujutsu Kaisen, and the red is the same as the blue but just... well red.)
And sorry you won't be picking your hair color either :< Your hair will be white, I mean like snow white, way more than Kakashi since his is more grey. But yours is to represent your clan; if other characters in Naruto have white hair, no they don't :)

Y/N will have two different colored eyes since: they're pretty, and you also have your clan's eyes. They are very bright of course. The eye is very powerful hence why the whole L/N clan was massacred many years ago, but there was actually a pair of eyes yet to be awoken from a certain someone until they showed up (it's you dummy), since you had the 11 tails sealed inside you (what that's not possible) ok neither were you until you showed up. You were the chosen one that was to have the 11 tails sealed inside you since they couldn't be awoken in a different universe. Yes you are from the real world sadly, as well as your mom, but your dad is from the Naruto world I will explain more later. (The eye has Sharingan, Rinnegan, and Byakugan all sealed within it, plus more). The eleven tails will be called by they/them pronouns to make things easier.
