The S.E.A. now had complete control over the fire haven. They killed or enslaved every monster with less than a third of their elements not being stone. The mammotts managed to escape and hide inside The Candle Mansion. They hid under tables, in cupboards and furnaces. They would occasionally look outside to see if the S.E.A. had started to leave yet.

Finally, a searching team made out of three drumplers armed with drumsticks entered the mansion. The mammotts grabbed their weapons and both mentally and physically prepared themselves for attack.

Michael told every mammott to wait 15 seconds before attacking, but one of the mammotts didn't listen, and immidiately attacked the drumplers. The drumplers where responsible for killing his best friend, and he wouldn't wait a second more to avenge him. When the mammott came towards them, one of them kicked him in the stomach, making him fall to the ground, when he fell to the ground,  a drumpler placed his foot on his chest, and started beating him. The other drumplers quickly joined in too, and he started screaming and begging for mercy.

The mammotts watched from their hiding spots as one of them screamed in pain while the three drumplers where beating him. He started bleeding profusely and they broke his ribs and neck. His new best friend couldn't stand it anymore and jumped from his hiding spot. The drumplers looked at him as he took a vase that was on the ground and striked one of the drumplers with it, breaking its skull and killing it.

The other drumplers left the dying mammott to kill him, but the other mammotts emerged from their hiding spot as well and started attacking them to protect the now unarmed mammott. Maxwell took a piece of the broken bars that were once a part of a window and cut one of the drumpler's necks, while a mammott took its drumstick and hit the other drumpler with it, and then stabbed him in the chest with a spear multiple times.

As they didn't eat any food in a while, they started eating the raw flesh of the dead drumplers. They tried putting it inside the furnaces, but they couldn't figure out how to light it without any flammable materials nearby, because the furnace was old and they found it in the royal trash. It didn't have a good taste, but they were starving, so they tried to ignore it. They tried saving the beaten mammott from death, but he was too injured, and died of a lack of blood.

After Michael started reaching for his fifth slice of meat, they heard a drumroll and the drumplers started leaving. they left a few glowls and noggins which would fly to Plant Island in case of attack. The mammotts started gathering their weapons and put on helmets the search team left. They slowly climbed from the upper floor to the ground floor. The noggins were everywhere, but they shouldn't be a problem because they are basically rocks. They slowly walked down the stairs, looking around if there are any noggins present. After arriving at the last step, they saw a noggin at the entrance of the kitchen.

At the ground floor, there was a bathroom and a kitchen. The kitchen is used for preparing food. The mammotts wished they saw it before. They went inside the bathroom first, as the kitchen had a lot of noggins in it. Luckily, noggins are almost blind and can't see much, but they have outstanding hearing abilities. The mammotts tried to be as quiet as they could, but they weren't quiet enough. The noggin outside of the kitchen started playing his drum, which lead to a few other noggins breaking the walls and emerging from the holes. The mammotts ran away and entered the bathroom and slammed the door behind them.

A few of them held it, while the others tried to find a way to escape. The noggins started slamming their heads against the door, and it was clear that they would break it in a matter of seconds. After some thinking, some mammotts pulled out the toilet seat, and started slamming it against the wall.

Not long after the door broke, the mammotts managed to get a crack in the fragile wax wall. The mammotts that held the door all got hit by the heavy door breaking on them, while the others charged the toilet at the wall for the last time, and escaped. The mammotts fled to the wax hills, while the noggins chased them.
