The accident

Chapter 15: Family

This is the final chapter.

When you have a kid in your teens unexpectedly,it can take a real toll on you.

When you have a kid in your teens unexpectedly and you become heros,it can take more than a toll on you.

Izuku collapsed right on his bed with Ochako falling gently on top of him.

"So tired...can't....even...move" Ochako said with her body completely exhausted.

"I hate these villians. We could have been home hours ago but someone just had to try to rob a bank!" Izuku lifted Ochako off of him and set her down on her side of the bed.

"Can you check on Toshinori sweetie?" Ochako asked him with her eyes shut trying to sleep.

" Of course" He pecked her on the cheek before getting up off the bed and went down the hallway.

"Toshinori?" Izuku called out opening a door to his room which was pitch black.

He didn't hear a response and he assumed he was asleep.

"Dad?" He heard Toshinori say before he fully shut the door.

Izuku opened the door back on and flipped the light switch on.

"Toshinori. Why are you up? It's almost midnight and you have preschool tomorrow" Izuku walked over to Toshinori's bed and sat down beside him.

"I...I was worried about you and mommy dad. The babysitter put on the news and I saw you and mom getting hurt. I don't like seeing that" Toshinori started to cry just remembering what he saw.

Izuku placed a hand on his shoulder.

"Ya know that reminds me of your mother. She would always be upset with me and always get sad when I got hurt and when I was being reckless. But you know we have to do what we do to protect others. " Izuku explained to his son.

" I know you do dad...but I'm still worried about you two" Toshinori held on tightly to his blankets.

" Don't worry son. I will always be there to protect your mom, and she will always be there to protect me. We won't let anything ever happen to each other,I promise" Izuku promised his son which made him feel better.

" Okay daddy" Toshinori gave a smile to his father.

They heard the sound of footsteps coming in the room and they saw his mother coming in.

"You okay Ochako?" Izuku asked as Ochako walked forward with her eyes half open.

" Yeah... you took to long" She crawled into the bed lying down in between Izuku and Toshinori and she fell asleep.

"Looks like we're sleeping in here again" Izuku stood up and turned off the lights before settling back in the bed with his family.

"Dad? Why can't you always sleep with me?" Toshinori asked.

" Well... Adults like us need some alone time. When you're older you'll understand. Now go to sleep. You're going to be exhausted tomorrow" Izuku told his son.

" Yes daddy" Toshinori said as he soon went to sleep with Izuku following soon after.

* The next day.

"Alright we'll see you than" Ochako hung up her phone.

" When is his appointment? " Izuku asked his wife as he was helping Toshinori tie his shoes.

"Thursday at 3:30 so right after he gets off. I made sure to make it a day when we are both off" Ochako came out of the kitchen with two bags.

She handed one to Toshinori and to Izuku.
