And I don't know if y'all knew this, but there was someone else with a teen Ochako pregnant with Izuku story. But she quit it for a Izuku x Mina story.

Today was it. Ochako was now long enough into her pregnancy, and today they were at the hospital to find out as recovery girl didn't have the necessary equity at the school.

"Alright your baby seems to be doing quite well. In fact in just a few more weeks we can do an ultrasound and you will get to see him or her" Said the doctor.

" When will we be able to know it's gender? " Asked Izuku

" Actually as a matter of fact we I have already figured it out. Would you like to know?" Asked the doctor.

" Actually we don't want to know yet. My friends wanted to do a gender reveal thing so could we just have it written down on a card or something?" Asked Ochako.

" Of course. Just one moment. " Said the doctor.

She left for a bit and then came back giving Izuku the envelope.

"Here you go. Now just come back in there weeks for your first ultrasound, and of course come in immediately if you feel anything is wrong" Said the doctor.

" Thank you" Said Izuku.

He helped Ochako off the table and went back to the dorms.

"So you did tell the guys yet?" Asked Ochako.

"No. Only Kirishima knows. I will tell them while Mina and them work on the gender reveal." Said Izuku.

" They decided to do a balloon. If it's blue it's a boy. A girl if it's a pink. Which do you want? " Asked Ochako.

" I don't really mind whichever. I just want them and you to be healthy and happy" Smiled Izuku.

" That's very sweet Deku... But I want a boy" Said Ochako.

* Later.

Izuku had gathered most of the boys in class 1-A, except for Kirishima since he already knew and instead helped the girls.

"What the fuck did you want Deku!?" Asked Bakugo ticked off that he got dragged out to listen to Izuku.

" Bakugo be patient! This could be very serious!" Said lida.

"He is right... It's about Ochako" Said Izuku.

" So she finally broke up with you!? " Asked Mineta.

" I'm sorry to hear that Midoriya" Said Todoroki trying to make a sorry expression.

" N-no! It's nothing like that! It's just that.... She's pregnant" Said Izuku.

" Hot damn! " Said Kaminari in surprise.

" By who? " Asked Todoroki

"By me of course!" Said Izuku.

"Midoriya! How could you have let this happen!? Didn't my two hour lecture about safety not mean anything!?! " Said lida.

" I'm sorry lida but we really did try. She was on birth control but it failed. We really did try" Said Izuku.

" Well... As long as you both don't let this get in the way of hero work it will be alright" Said lida.

" This Complete bullshit! " Said Bakugo.

" Why is that? " Asked Kaminari.

" Fucking Deku gets a girl before me, but now he got laid!? Fucking bullshit! " Said Bakugo walking away.

" Don't listen to him. Congratulations Midoriya!" Said Kaminari with his arm over his shoulder.

"T-thanks Kaminari" Said Izuku.

"So is it a boy or girl?" Asked Todoroki.

"Not sure. Kirishima and the girls were getting things ready to know. " Said Izuku.

" And it's all ready! " Said Kirishima coming in with a box with Ochako and the rest of the girls.

"Ochako you didn't see what gender did you?" Asked Izuku.

" Nope. They just came and got me. " Said Ochako.

" All right everyone let's find out the baby! " Said Mina."

Kirishima placed the box in the middle of the crowd and Ochako and Izuku put their hands on the kid.

"Countdown everyone!" Said Toru.

"3"

Everyone finished the counting and Izuku and Ochako lifted the lid together.

A blue balloon came out.

"It's a boy!" Said Ochako happy she got her way!

She shared a happy kiss with Izuku as everyone cheered happily.
