Frozen retold

Prologue

When the King of Arendelle was a little boy, he went out to play with his little sister, who is now the queen of Corona. As children they had a favorite spot where they would go play together. It was a beautiful pond in the garden of their castle. One wintery day, the young prince and his little sister went to go play by the pond, which was now frozen over. While attempting to slide across the icy pond, the prince fell through the ice. The princess got help right away and they managed to save him from the freezing waters.

 The prince was not doing very well, he was sick for a very long time. Finally his parents took him to the valley of the trolls where they met there wise leader. The troll leader managed to use the Northern lights to pull the coldness from the young prince, saving his life, but the troll could only pull so much of the coldness out.

Time passed since the incident and the prince realized that he could do things that he couldn’t do before. He could freeze small objects with just the touch of his hands. He became scared that people would treat him differently because of this. So he hid his powers, with a pair of white gloves. The gloves concealed his magic. Soon enough it was like he didn’t even have icy powers, as long as he was wearing his gloves of course.

The prince grew up to become the King of Arendelle, eventually marrying his queen. The King and Queen had a beautiful daughter, with thick beautiful blonde hair, and snow white skin. They named her Elsa, which meant truth.

They found out that there daughter also had icy powers, but unlike her father, hers were much more powerful. The king knew that Elsa’s powers wouldn’t be so easily hidden but he was determined to keep her safe from them, and eventually he would teach her how to control them, because one day she would become Queen.
