"Tommy!?"

"Oh hello Sam!"

"Dream what did you do?!"

"He's dead. I told him to say hi to Schlatt for me."

"Tommy get up! Please get up.."

"Hahahahahehe!"

. . .

Tommyinnit never thought he'd die. At least, not at 16. Had he survived the beating, he was sure he'd suffer from memory loss or something. Dream's mask, the smile that stayed permanent on it, was the last thing he saw. Through the blood and dirt there was that dead smile. Tommy looked at his own mask, the one that came with his ghost. It was white with a painted smile. Red and frowning. Almost... bloody you could say.

"Tommy?"

Tommy stood up, bending down to quickly snatch up his mask. He turned around and found a man in an outfit similar to Dreams. This mask, although having the Mexican flag colours painted onto it, wore a smile. It reminded him of Dream, taunting him. It... reminded him of Dream. Dream wouldn't leave his thoughts.

"Hey Mexican Dream, how's it going?" Tommy said with a smile. A smile. Dream. Tommy shook his head a bit before looking back at Mexican Dream.

"How are you here amigo?" MD asked.

"I'm... dead... duh!" Tommy replied. He had stopped a bit at dead. He was still shaken. Maybe in denial? That's the first stage of grief or something like that. Tommy didn't really care that much. He feared the fact that, this, the afterlife, coming here, it felt- no it was, relieving. He was away from people who wanted him dead, and from places with horrible memories he was forced to see everyday.

"Are the others here?" Tommy forced himself to ask. Wait forced? Why did he have to-

"Yeah, they're this way, trading drugs I think." MD's voice interrupted, his voice getting somewhat closer to being his loudish self at the mention of drugs. Tommy smiled, and started making jokes with MD.

"-ever." A familiar voice scoffed. Coming into view was a table sitting outside. At the table with cards was Schlatt and Wilbur.

"Haha, it seems my cooked chicken core and seeds super defence has won again! Plus, you now have to go shopping this week."

Tommy put on a smile, and marched towards the two.

"Schlatt, Wilbur, My friends!" He exclaimed. The two looked over and Tommy froze. Wilbur had a small badge on his jacket, one he didn't remember him having before. It was a smile. A perfectly large smile placed ever so carefully where his heart would be. He blinked and looked back at Wilbur's face.

"Tommy, are you okay man?" Wilbur mumbled with concern.

"Of course Wilbur! I just lost myself in thought... thinking about women you know!" He lied.

Wilbur's concerned look didn't change a bit as they walked back to their place. Tommy noticed it. It reminded him of a look that flashed across Techno's once. Only once. It reminded him of Sam and the Warden. Two people he trusted with his life.

Tommy knocked on the door ever so carefully and stood back. A moment later, it moved down, and Sam stood there holding mug with a creeper pattern. He looked tired. Tommy quickly made his way in and watched the door as it closed.

"Soo, why are you here at 2 in the morning?" Sam asked with a yawn.

"Why are you still up?" Tommy retaliated. Sam grinned, letting out yet another yawn before sipping his cup of coffee and heading into his kitchen. Tommy followed, rubbing his wrist, his eyes darting around as if he was in a dangerous place.
