Warning - Slight Tanjiro x Zenitsu

As the trio enjoyed the breeze flowing by and the blossom tree leaves falling down, Zenitsu and Tanjiro talked for a bit while Inosuke was sleeping. "Hey Tanjiro?" Zenitsu asked, "Hm?" Tanjiro hummed, "Do you want to go see something I found a few weeks ago?" Zenitsu asks looking at Tanjiro, Tanjiro smiles, "Sure," Zenitsu smiles at him response, he stands up and grabs Tanjiro hand and drags him.
"We're here!" Zenitsu says letting go of Tanjiro's hand, "A-ah.. that's good but next time maybe not drag me.?" Tanjiro says gasping for air. Zenitsu chuckles, "Sorry" He says apologetically. As Zenitsu and Tanjiro both smile they look at the side of them. It was a lake. It had trees surround it, and flowers blooming all around it, it also had a dock. "Wow... it's so beautiful.." Tanjiro says smiling while in shock, "Yeah.." They both admire the beautiful view, they both sit down on the green grass enjoying the view and the waves overlapping each other slowly while the wind breezes by calmly. "Maybe we could show this place to Inosuke when he wakes up" Tanjiro says trying to start a conversation, "Maybe" Zenitsu says not looking at Tanjiro but closing his eyes and smiling.
As the waves make calming sound and the wind breezes by, it was silence between Tanjiro and Zenitsu. Tanjiro would take a glimpse at Zenitsu wanting to start a conversation but words wouldn't come out. "Say Tanjiro, do you want to have a picnic here when we have time to waste?" Zenitsu says suddenly while blushing slightly, Tanjiro gives a warm smile, "Sure" He says laying down on his back while having a slight pink blush appear on his face.

As a few months passed by since Nezuko's death, the trio ignored everyone except Giyu, Shinobu, Kanao, Aoi, the three girls. The only time they didn't ignore the Hashira's are when they needed something with them or they had a mission. Zenitsu and Tanjiro would go to the lake almost quite often since there missions were only 2-4 days long. Every time they went to the lake, there feelings for each other grew..
"Hey Tanjiro?" Zenitsu asked in a slightly scared tone, "Hm?" Tanjiro hummed, "Uhm well.. I was wondering... do you want to go o-on a p-picnic..?" Zenitsu said trying not to stutter, Tanjiro blushed but have a warm smile, "Sure". Zenitsu blushed a bit but smiled.

Zenitsu and Tanjiro continued to grow feelings for each other day by day. Inosuke was still being his clueless self, he was also getting more tired and tired due to a demon who Inosuke was assigned to kill. The demons blood art was to make there prey sleepy. Zenitsu and Tanjiro ended up getting together after a few months of growing feelings for each other. They kept there relationship a secret to everyone except Inosuke and Giyu (Obviously) and Shinobu & Aoi ended up finding out somehow.. Kanao also found out somehow to.. They were all happy for there relationship and kept it a secret.

Hello! I hope you enjoyed this lame story, I honestly ran out of ideas, I tried looking for ideas on YouTube and other Wattpad fanfics. The lake part was actually inspired by a place I had been. I went fishing with my parents, the lake was how it was described and so was the weather. The only lie was the flowers and grass, tbh the weather was freezing at night so I just described the weather from when I arrived. Also sorry this one is much shorter. This is actually the last chapter (I wanted to make a Smut chapter but I suck at making Smut) besides the bonus chapter.
