Chapter 14

I've been through my second and third pizza, and still no Louis. I frown as I try to peer my eyes outside. He's still there. Good. I'll be really worried if he had just ditched me like that. I wonder who he is talking with. He seemed a little startled upon picking it up.

I hummed and sipped through my cola as I sat back against my chair. I just hope it isn't something urgent for Louis to have to cut our date in the middle of it. Although I won't mind if it's something really urgent. As far as I am concerned, I am aware that Louis had only been trying his best to give me happiness. It's just right to cut him some slack.

Eventually, Louis finished his conversation and was apologetic about it. "Are you through eating already? I am sorry my baby. I just really have to pick it up. " He said as he moved to sit across me again.

I smile. "It's okay. Although, if you were late a minute more, I could've eaten your slice of pizza as well." I joked with a chuckle, so he would know that it's totally fine by me.

Louis smiles. "Do you want some more? You could have it. Here. Or we could order a different flavor." He suggested. "I'd feed you like a princess." He laughs.

"Aish. You're plainly teasing me now." I stated as I twirl the straw inside my glass. I leaned over and wriggled my brows at him. "Hmmm? We still haven't gotten my ice cream. A banana split will do. I've always wanted to try one." I hinted.

"Ice cream could wait when we get home, Leticia. I have a better idea." My good of a boyfriend winks at me before taking a huge bite out of his pepperoni slice. I could only furrow my brows at him.

"Then, can't we have banana split right now and then ice cream later?" I asked pouting. Louis shook his head with that playful look on his face and evident smirk.

"It's my wish. Don't argue with me." He chuckles as I got even more confused. Okay? He had just wasted his wish for ice cream? What's so wrong with eating ice cream twice a day anyway?

I shrug my thoughts away and let it be. It's his wish after all. I won't talk him through it. After that hearty meal, the rest of the day went on with just goofing around and riding the rest of the attractions of the amusement park. And since I'm now at my father's and he is really not aware that we have gotten to the park, we won't be able to stay late and wait to watch the fireworks. That's a bit saddening, but there's always one for next time.

Right now, Louis and I are shivering out of our bones after that last ride. It's a jungle theme attraction that floats through water and goes through man-made waterfalls- and all that water-shivering shit. It was fun and cold.

Louis holds me close to him as we walk through the parking lot. "You shouldn't have worn white as well." He commented as he earnestly tried to hide my skin peeking through my lacy top. "You look so so yummy right now. Do you know that? I could tell that the guy from across us has been planning how to eat you later." Louis said, making me blush a little.

"I-I am sorry. I am not aware that it'll be like this." I said and hold unto him tighter. "Besides, weren't you there beside me to glare at him and drive him off." I chuckle softly as I tilt my head a little and kiss his jaw. "I love you."

"I love you too. I would've said not to wear sexy outfits anymore, but I guess it's not your fault that you look so irresistible in anything. I'll have to buy you a couple of pepper sprays or something, just in case, when I am not around." Louis carried on before spanking my ass weakly.

I pouted as I look up at him. "You do not have to worry about me. It's not like I go elsewhere school without you. And it's not like I've been meaning to flash anybody as well." I reasoned out, making him chuckle.
