Iwonder

Sam: Day 1

I saw this verse written on a piece of fan mail sent out by Nathan Kress and so I wanted to share it.

Sams POV:

I got dressed and ready for school. I put on high waisted cut-off shorts, a black V- neck crop top, yellow jacket, black belt, white high-top converse, and of course my signature black hose under my shorts. I put my hair in a ponytail and left. This outfit is a little girly for my taste, but I'm trying to change up my look. It's tomboyish, but also just cute enough.

Skip to school.

I grab a fat cake from my back pack and stuff my books into my locker. I hear someone come up behind me and say "hey!" I turn around to see Freddie.

I yell "hey Fredweird! What's up?"

Freddie looks at me and says "have you seen Carly? I need to ask her if she'll be home after school. I want to install more ram on the computer until I get an external hard drive that way we can have more space for ICarly videos."

I stopped listening after he said "have you seen Carly". I respond by saying "you're boring me. I haven't seen Carly yet. She said she came in early to do some extra credit."

Mrs. Briggs yells, "GET TO CLASS OR DETENTION FOR THE BOTH OF YOU!!!"

Freddie panics and says, "I can't get detention it will ruin my perfect record."

I reply calmly, "chill Freddork. See you after class."

I throw my fat cake wrapper at him and I hear him yell "Sam!" as I head off to class.

I have Briggs class first and I can't stand it. All she does is yell and tell us how awful we are and how she hates teaching. I sit in the very back corner near the door. I like to tune her out and doodle. As soon as I can I make my break for it. I head out of her classroom and go straight to Carly's apartment. Spencer doesn't mind if I ditch class every once in a while. He just tells me not to make a habit of it and never let Freddie's mom see because she would make him quit ICarly because of how bad of an influence I am.

I only skip school when I get no sleep the night before from my mom yelling at me. Last night she told me how horrible of a daughter I am and how amazing Melanie is that she is already in college. She called me a lousy sophomore who probably won't even graduate high school.

I run into Carlys apartment.

Spencer asks, "are you ok? That's like the fourth time you've skipped this week."

I respond, "I'm fine. Just didn't get any sleep last night."

I go to the kitchen and grab a rootbeer and some leftover chicken from the fridge.

I continue, "what are you building?"

Spencer replies super excitedly, "a sculpture for this new orthodontist. He works right next to the groovie smoothie. He wanted me to make him a giant tooth with one brace on it and he wanted the whole thing made out of candy."

I say, "cool!"

I take a bite of my chicken and lay on the couch. I then take a sip of rootbeer and put girlie cow on the tv. I soon fall asleep and start to dream.

Sams Dream:

I'm floating on a giant piece of fried chicken and my mom is there and she is yelling at me to get a job and to study because if I don't I won't become anything and I'm lousy because Melanie is already halfway through college.

End dream.

I start shaking and wake up. I run to Carly's room and cry. I'm hopeless. I won't amount to anything. I cry myself back to sleep on Carlys bed.
