Chapter 4
Cody's pov~
I woke up to my stupid alarm going off. "Uhhhh" I groaned grabbing my pillow and pulling it over my head. "Shut the hell up" I yelled slamming my first against the alarm. I got out of bed and grabbed my towel walking to my shower. I got in and let the hot water soothe me. I washed quickly and then got out. I walked back to my room and got dressed. "Morning Cody how'd you sleep?" My aunt called from the kitchen. I walked down and joined her "good". She smiled at me and handed me my water bottle for school. "Thanks see you later" I called hugging her.I walked to the bus stop meeting up with my two friends. The bus slowly made its way to the school. I got off and spotted Wyatt talking to Taylor. Man just let me say she is beautiful. She has on a pair of tight jeans with her infamous teal camo boots. Her hair was in a braid and her purple braces were very noticeable since she kept smiling. She had on a shirt that read "I can hunt like you , only prettier". I reference from a Carrie Underwood song. I smiled to my self and starting walking over to them. "Hey" Wyatt said smiling. I looked at Taylor and smirked "great to see you ugly stupid face". "Same to you buddy" she said while punching my arm. We all parted when the bell rang. First period is art ugh I suck at drawing. "Hey Cody" my friend John said sitting next to me. "Hi" I replied smiling at him. I couldn't help myself from letting my thoughts wonder about Taylor. She was just so amazing. Her eyes her face , just her in general. And her hair don't even get me started about her hair. It's dirty blonde ish and has perfect curls all around. Wyatt likes her and I know she likes him back and it kind of makes me mad but hey they've known eachother since they were babies and I just met her. "Your either thinking about going home and playing your new x-box game or your thinking about that girl" John said while snapping his finger in my face. "Oh uh what" I said smiling. "You blanked out and kept smiling" John said smirking "so you were thinking about the girl huh?". "Uh yeah" I said smiling. "Just ask her dude the worst that could happen is her saying no" John said shoving me a bit. "Yeah ok" I replied smiling. The day passed by until it was time for gym. I entered the gym and saw Niall standing infront of Julie trying to protect her from Taylor ,I guess. I laughed to myself as I watched Taylor try to push past him and duke him out only to fail each time and pout. I walked over and smiled. "CODY TELL NIALL TO MOVE BEFORE I CLAW OUT HIS EYEBALLS" Taylor screamed grabbing my arm. "First of all CALM THE HELL DOWN"I yelled back at her "and second Niall move" I said smiling at Niall. He didn't budge. "Well I tried sorry" I told taylor while she gave me a 'I'm going to hit you' look. "Codyyyyyyyyy pleaseeeeee" she begged tugging on my arm. "Fine" I mumbled. I went up to Niall and pushed past him holding him there while taylor ran after Julie. "CODY I HATE YOU WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT SHES GOING TO KILL ME" Julie screamed running around trying to avoid taylor. "Why is Taylor trying to kill her anyways?" I asked Niall. "Julie threw a pencil at Taylor and it hit her eye" Niall said shrugging. "Oh haha". I watched Taylor continue to chase Julie laughing a lot. Taylor caught up to her and playfully hit her and while julie was cowering down expecting something bad. "Are you serious" Julie said frowning " I DID ALL THAT RUNNING AWAY FROM YOU TO SAVE MYSWLF FROM THAT?!?". "Yup" Taylor said popping the P. "Ugh I hate you Tay"Julie said rolling her eyes. "Hey guys I just noticed wheres Ashton?" Wyatt asked. "He's sick" Taylor said smiling. "Why are you smiling?" Niall asked. "He fooled his mom because he forgot to do a project" Taylor said laughing. We all laughed at this. Before I knew it it was time for lunch. After lunch ended we still had about a hour in gym. I needed to ask Taylor. I was prepared. I knew I liked her. I wanted her to be mine. "Hey Taylor can I talk to you?" I asked smiling. "Yeah" she said smiling back. "USE A CONDOM" Julie yelled smirking. "Shut the fuck up" Taylor said rolling her eyes. I pulled her over to some bleachers and sat down. "So what is it you needed to ask me?" She said smiling. I got lost in her eyes for a second and then was brought back to reality when she clapped in my face. "Oh right uh sorry" I said turning kind of red. "So uh I just I needed to tell you that I know I barley know you and you barley know me but I like you a lot and I know that you probably don't like me back but I don't really ca-" I was cut off by Taylor's lips against mine. I was suprised at first and then kissed her back. It was short and sweet and I loved it. "Of course I like you" she said smiling at me. "Taylor will you be my girlfriend?" I asked grabbing her hand. "Yes" she answered kissing my cheek. We got up our hands still entertwined and walked over to our friends. They teased us and said how cute we were. Wyatt looked mad at first but then looked happy. Gym ended and I went to my next two periods being absolutely bored. The last bell rang and I started walking to where Taylor said to meet her. I headed towards there a huge smile on my face. I got to where we were meeting and my smile dropped. What I saw infront of me broke my heart into a million pieces. Wyatt and Taylor were kissing. They didn't notice me so I hid behind the wall. Taylor pushed Wyatt off of her and slapped him. "WYATT WHAT THE HELL YOU BASTARD I HAVE A BOYFRIEND" she yelled at him. "Yo I'm sorry I just had to kiss you I've liked you forever tay a-" "don't call me tay" Taylor said sharply slapping him one last time and walking away. I moved from behind the wall and grabbed her "Wyatt I'm go- oh Cody hi" she said smiling "sorry I called you Wyatt something just happened between me and him" she said smiling. "Yeah I saw" I said. "Oh" she said frowning. I placed my hand on her chin and brought her face up. "Smile" I said tickling her " I want to see that beautiful smile" I said continueing to tickle her. "Haha Co-haha-dy haha stop ahahahha" she said trying to pry my hands off of her. I stopped and smiled at her "there's that beautiful smile I wanted" I said kissing her lips lightly. She grabbed my hand and started walking towards the busses. "Bye Taylor I'll text you later" I said kissing her before she got on her bus. She kissed back and called "bye Cody" while smiling. I got on my bus and couldn't stop smiling. I got home and my aunt kept asking me what was making me so happy all of a sudden. I explained it to her and she kept teasing me and gushing about it. I went up to my room and texted Taylor. We talked for a while. She got tired at around 11 so I told her goodnight and put my phone on charge going to sleep myself.
