The following week, Jianna already went to work and is finally alright now. With the help of her loving husband of course, and her best friend Jennie.

It's all thanks to them because if they're not there for her, she don't know if she'll be able to cope and move on.

"Good morning Dr. Jian."

The people greeted her politely as she smiled at them.

She then went straight to her office and was surprised when Jennie suddenly barged in.

"You scared me! Don't do that again you brat!"

Jianna exclaimed while looking at Jennie who has a smile plastered on her face who didn't seem to mind her nagging.

"Ji! I'm so glad you're back!"

She rushed to Jianna who's sitting on her chair and engulfed her in a warm hug.

"I'm glad I'm back too, Jen."

Jianna patted her back and smiled.

"Don't make me worry like that again."

Jennie said after they both pulled out from the hug.

"I'm so sorry Jen, I promise I won't."

"You better keep your promise."

She sighed before continuing.

"I should get going now, see you at lunch!"

Her friend bid goodbye before walking out heading to her own office.

And with that, Jianna started her working day with a happy face and a happy feeling.

And the other thing that keeps her going... is the thought of when she goes home after her long day at work, Cody would be home, waiting for her.
