Silver~Chan: Well Maybe I Should Explain why I Picked These For You, Joker is Basically Obvious why he is Captain, so will start with Ryuji and Then down to Morgana.

Silver~Chan: So Ryuji Will Be a Perfect Quartermaster, Because as my Research Stated, a Quartermaster is the one who would mostly take Charge if the Captain can Do this Tasks basically like a substitute teacher, First Mate's The Same so That's Why Ann is a First Mate and mostly I couldn't think of a Job that Would Suit her better, but they do the same Job as a Quartermaster, meaning Ann is Second in Command if anything were to happen to Ren or Ryuji

Ryuji: I Think Quartermaster is Good For Me, it also makes sense, beacuse I am A Closest Trustworthy Friend To RenRen.
