Ozpin: "What is it that you wanted to discuss Glynda?" Ozpin sat down on his chair

Glynda: "Correct me if I'm in the wrong sir," Ozpin gave her a nod "did you entrust the security of every first-year student to that woman you have no information about?"

Ozpin: (Ah that's... understandable I suppose.) he, once again gave her a nod

Glynda: "May I ask why you did you ask such a thing to a person you've met in less than a week?!" she snapped

Ozpin: "If you wish to know if I've gone crazy... then no. However, that's a decision I've thought about and talked about with Xiao."

Glynda: "Can you please, tell me why you did it?"

Ozpin: "Hmmm why I did it... Perhaps it's because of the story she told me."

Glynda: ". . . What?"

Ozpin: "She told me a story, about a love that shouldn't have been born."

Glynda: "Can you please be more direct, Headmaster."

Ozpin: "Oh please Glynda, she told me about herself. Xiao told me that she wanted to go back and have another try at the fabled 'Library' and how she 'knows that can't do it but she must try anyways'."

Glynda: "What is that Library anyways?"

Ozpin: "I shall tell you about it at another date. However, her fighting skills far exceed even those of the elite huntsman, and there is also her wish to go back from whence she came. The portal closed when those murderers left, so the window of opportunity closed for her, so I kept her occupied with something she can't give up on."

Glynda: "Wich was?"

Ozpin: "The Silver eyed warrior. I fed her a little half-truth. Said that the key for human survival in remnant lies within young Rose." he said filling his mug with hot coffee

Glynda: "I see... Are you sure it is wise? To trust her, even if it's for a fraction of what the real truth is?"

Ozpin: "Glynda... I feel that, with her help, we can finally turn the tides against her."

Glynda's eyebrow rose

Ozpin: "Call it gut-feeling, but I feel that she's got her heart in the right place."

Glynda: "So you bet, not only, miss rose, but also all of the first-year students... On a gut-feeling?"

Ozpin turned around and looked down through the windows of his office

Ozpin: "Indeed... A gut-feeling..."

Glynda: "Very well then. Now moving on to that boy, Yan, that came here with the 'Proxies'... He... Refused to come with us and said that he 'wanted to stay there."

Ozpin: "Hmmm... In the middle of forever fall?"

Glynda: "Indeed, so professor Port volunteered to help the boy. Right now he's helping to build a small log cabin for him."

Ozpin: "What about communications with Yan?"

Glynda: "We gave him a scroll and he promised us to keep in touch."

Ozpin: "Well... This is going more smoothly than I thought... Especially after what happened when the Proxies came."

Glynda: "Indeed. Now onto Xiao's report-"

---

Xiao: "Ah... That was a good bath..." Xiao sat in her bed "Hmmm... Should I tell team RWBY that I heard their plan while I was in the bath..?" She pondered the idea "Or should I simply stalk them and make sure they end up fine?" She adjusted her gloves and looked at the mirror "Urgh... That's why I hate escort tasks..."
