When Arrow woke up, she immediately looked for Caspian, and was happy to see that he still laid in the same spot, sleeping soundlessly. However, there was a spot on the floor that was just a blanket, no Venus. Arrow rubs her eyes gently, the crust in them falling. She glances behind her, hoping to see Jasper, but when she comes to her senses, tears start to form in her eyes. She missed him so, so much. She begins to regret every single argument, belittling, and distance she gave him. He was her best friend and she loved him more than the stuffed animals she had to leave behind.

Stirring next to her snaps her out of her thoughts and she looks down at her older brother. Caspian turns, the small crack in the ceiling allowing sunlight into the attic. He scrunches his face up when he feels the sudden warmth, and he sits up.

"Hey, Arrow." He croaks out, opening his eyes hesitantly. "How about you go take a quick shower so we can go meet the others downstairs?" He sits up, ignoring the soreness that runs through his body.

"Venus isn't here." Arrow points out, nervous.

"Yeah, bug. She already went downstairs to help out. She woke me up earlier to let me know that she was going to let us sleep in a little longer before helping." He, of course, hadn't been sleeping too well anyways so he was already awake by the time Venus had gotten up.

"Oh, okay. See you downstairs then." Arrow mumbled, crawling over his legs and making her way to her backpack. She grabs one of the straps and makes her way down the ladder, the sleepiness she had already fading.

Caspian sighs, putting his legs to the side of the bed. He's about to stand up when he hears footsteps walking to the ladder. He perks up and waits for them to finish climbing. To his surprise, Maggie Greene's head pops up. Her eyes widen when she realizes he was already looking at her.

"Hey. I was just about to come wake you up." Maggie said, giving him a small smile. Caspian's lip twitch upwards at her gesture. He didn't know why Venus didn't come to wake him up, considering she missed him so much.

"If you were wondering about your sister, she's out helping with the others downstairs, hasn't been able to catch a breath so she sent me." Maggie looks around the attic, remembering that Arrow had passed her when she was coming up. "Though I don't know if I was needed to come wake you up, considering you're up already." She gives him a cheeky smile, walking into the attic completely and sitting on the chair she'd been sitting on when he was passed out.

"Thank you. I really appreciate it." Caspian's voice comes out hoarse, like he hasn't drank anything.

"Of course. How about you get changed and meet me in the kitchen so I can get you something to eat and drink?"

"That'd be great. Where is the kitchen, by the way?" Caspian never really saw the inside of the farmhouse, he just knew he was in the attic.

"Oh yeah, it's on the left of the stairs once you get down to the first floor. I'll let you get changed." Maggie gets up quickly and basically flies down the ladder. Caspian watches her as she leaves, confused as to why she was rushing. He brushes it off anyways and stands up to change.

Venus stood next to Glenn as the rest of the group drives up to the farmhouse. Hope starts to swirl in her chest that Jasper and Sophia will climb out of the car with Carol, but it dies instantly when she see's the devastated look in Carol's face. She sighs deeply, looking away from the group.

"How is he?" Dale asks, his eyes wide, as per usual. However, he looked restless.

"He'll pull through, thanks to Hershel and his people." Lori speaks, a smile on her face as she looks towards the older gentleman.
