As I swirl around in the darkness for what seems like the millionth time, all I think of is you but its not happy thoughts. I worry about you leaving me and forever being alone. I fear about you thinking something that I can't help you with that will cause you to hurt yourself beyond repair and leave me for eternity in sorrow. I can't live without you. You are apart of me, apart of my thoughts, soul, heart, and life but before I can think about any other such dreadful things, I am dropped down again into a familiar place that I long for and dream about.
Its a beautiful sunny day. No clouds in the sky revealing its deep blue look. A gentle breeze that flows through here, just enough to pick my hair up off my shoulders. You can tell its rained quite recently from the little puddles littered about and the heaping piles of mud. You can hear the sounds of all sorts of animals. The bleat from goats, the squeal from pigs, the grunts from horses, the soft moos from cows that are grazing in the pastures and meadows. You can hear the chatter and hisses from cats mousing around the area and you can see an occasional dog stroll across the plains. The other animals have a wide variety of colors from dark browns and blacks to bright whites. You can smell the animal manure and the stench of some boy creatures of which I have become accustomed to. Behind me, I can see a huge range filled with bright greens with deep reds, yellows, and greens. Out of the ground pop tiny sprinklers that are busy shooting water everywhere in their vicinity. I walk around, visiting all the animals. The cats let me pick them up and stroke their soft fur. The dogs sniff my hand, getting used to my scent and eventually letting me pet them as well. They both follow me around as I go to see the cows eating away at the grass they make sound so good. I go and see the horses in their stables, gently moving my hand up and down their majestic faces, feeding them each an apple as I pass by. I try to keep my distance from the pigs as they fling mud everywhere but I wave and say hello. The goats actually come up to me themselves. They try to stand on me because I guess they think I have food for them. I happily accept their company and stroke their fur that is a little rougher than the dogs and cats, which is to be expected. I love my time here as I take in the sights, scents, and sounds. I love being in an area that is familiar to me and being surrounded by things I have a passion for. Its certainly a whole lot better than the complete opposite of which I have experienced way too often recently. I would love to stay here at least a little while longer but I know something wants me to see, feel, and experience other things in this world so I know I'll be leaving very shortly. I take the time I have left, enjoying every second and every characteristic of this place until I can no longer.
