Regina's POV:
I groaned as I heard my alarm go off, I slow get up and turn it off. Today was Monday and I had school which I hate. I get out of bed before Emma texted me.Emma: I'm picking you up🤪! Be ready.
Me: Can we go to Granny's??
Emma: Yea. I'm hungry anyway and David is going to pick up Mar, so Ruth went to work early.
Me: When are you not hungry?? Killian was suppose to take me to school but he wanted to pick up Milah🤮
Emma: That's true I'm always hungry. And that girls name is illegal here!! No saying that or I will hurt you.
Me: Yea, yea. I'm going to get ready for school. See ya in a few.
Emma: Bye loser!
Me: Bye crackhead.
I soon get dressed and put my hair up into a ponytail before walking downstairs. My father was in the living room watching the News and my mother was making breakfast.
"Emma is going to pick me up and we are going to Granny's for breakfast," I said.
"Get to school on time," my mother said.
"I know," I said as I get a water bottle out of the fridge.
Killian soon comes downstairs. He is a senior this year but he doesn't even really go to school. I'm a Junior this year and it sucks because all my friends are Seniors besides Emma.
"I'm picking Milah up today," he said.
"When did I confirm that?" My mother said.
"You're letting Regina get picked up by Emma today," he states.
"Because I know she will get to school unlike you," she tells him.
Emma: I'm here!
Me: Ok
"Emma is here," I said grabbing a sweater.
"Ok bye," my mother said.
"Bye daddy!" I yelled from the front door.
"Bye sweetheart," he said.
I walked out and get into Emma's car. We get to Granny's and eat breakfast for 35 minutes before heading to school. School was the one place I could be free from my mother. Usually when I'm out and about she is always blowing my phone up. So at school I know she won't blow it up.
I hated school because it was boring but it is March, so only a few more months left of school before summer break. I was ready because I wanted out of school.
"We have a new student," Emma said as we walked to 3rd period.
"We do?" I asked.
"Yup, Robin Locksley." She said.
"Nice," I replied.
"Heard he was kinda cute," she said nudging my shoulder a little.
"I'm not looking for a boyfriend, Em." I say.
