𝗛𝗜𝗧𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗢𝗠 𝗕𝗨𝗧𝗧𝗢𝗡𝗦 aggressively, y/n watched her character jump off a cliff and fall into a pit of spikes. "one more try, i promise!" she whined, watching the game screen load for another player.
"you've tried five times and failed five times! move aside! it's my turn!" bakugo yelled back, taking hold of the control panel.
"it's only because i've never played before! give me one more try, bakugo!"
"no." he huffed. "you play worse than my grandma."
"your grandma's a gamer? mad respect." y/n smirked, listening to the sound of katsuki playing the game.
the blonde rolled his eyes. "take notes. there's no game in this place that i haven't thrashed. i'm at the top of the leaderboard on everything." the blonde bragged, turning to see if the girl was watching.
y/n quickly looked away before she met his eye. she wasn't going to give him the victory of beating her mentally either.
upon finally dying, katsuki collected all of his tickets and shoved them into the girl's hands.
"why do i have to hold the tickets?!" she groaned, watching him walk up to another game.
"cause it's not like you're the one earning them."
"i bet kiri and kami are having way more fun..." y/n trailed off, earning a scornful look from bakugo.
"you gave shitty hair a nickname already?" he bluntly asked.
searching the arcade for the other two, y/n nodded.. "yeah! they're my friends, aren't they?"
"why haven't you given me one?" the boy questioned, taking her to a vending machine instead.
"i could call you...boom boy." she smirked. "matches that quirk of yours."
"that name is shit!" he yelled, scaring a kid near him into running away.
"then you give me one."
he thought about it. "i don't have one."
"exactly."
"whatever." the boy pressed in his order, paid and waited for his drink to drop down the chute. it didn't. "stupid machine!" the boy yelled, kicking it's side.
