You wake up to the saccharine scent of cake being made. As you stand up and pull on a housecoat, you notice a note on the side table.
"(Y/n), Happy anniversary.
Making you breakfast in bed.
Love you.

You smile at the note, and decide to get a few more minutes of rest as your boyfriend of three years prepares your breakfast. Unfortunately, his eleven-year-old son, John, was online with a friend of his, and they were playing a very loud video game. You hear footsteps and then a quiet conversation between John and his father. The game volume was decreased significantly after that. You love your boyfriend so much.
About half an hour later, you are gently woken up. You blink a few times. When your vision finally works properly, you see your boyfriend holding a tray with some flowers, a glass of (Favourite flavour) juice, and a cake that says "Happy Anniversary (Y/n)" in (Favourite colour) icing.
