Third POV
It's a Sunday and the Sleepy Bois were running late, it's already 4pm. They've been planning this camping trip in the woods for so long and they were very excited.
They grabbed some tools and food and were ready to go. They walked there on foot, listening to Tommy complain about why Phil couldn't just carry and fly them there with his wings.
"I use them half the time. They need rest, Tommy." Phil explained.
"Ugh, well that's shit." Tommy said, kicking a rock while walking.
"Dad said it's not that far." Wilbur mentioned.
"Yes, it's right by that hill." Phil claimed, pointing to a large forest far ahead.
"THAT'S SO FAR!" Tommy exaggerated.
"Oh, don't be such a drama queen, Tommy." Techno spoke.
"It's just about four miles away." Techno added.
"Just four miles away my arse." Tommy muttered.
When they got there it was about to be 6pm. Phil was chopping down some trees for a bench while Techno was setting up the two tents they brought. Wilbur and Tommy went finding for sticks and stones to make a fire.
Later, it got dark and they set everything up. They ate dinner by the campfire and listened to Wilbur play his guitar while telling each other stories.
Then they heard the bushes rustle and got paranoid.
Tommy's POV
"It's probably just a deer." Techno announced.
"Have you explored this part of the woods, Dad?" Wilbur asked.
"No, but it seemed peaceful in the morning..." Phil answered.
"Oh, we should go and explore together!" I suggested.
"Are you crazy? It's so dark!" Wilbur refused.
"And why is that a problem, Wilbur? Are you scared?" I questioned him, teasingly.
"Haha, Wilbur's scared.~" Techno joined in.
"No, I'm not." Wilbur said, quickly defending himself.
"Okay, then we should explore." I replied.
"I don't think that's a good--" Phil muttered but immediately got cut off by Wilbur.
"Fine, let's go then." Wilbur agreed angrily, walking away in the direction where we heard the bushes rustle.
"Idea. Not a good idea." Phil stated, finishing off his sentence.
"Well, come on, then. What are you two waiting for?" Phil added, walking to Wilbur, who sprinted away.
"Nothing, really." Techno answered, getting up to follow them.
So Techno and I followed Phil, trying to catch up to Wil.
"He couldn't have gone far. We'll find him." I thought out loud.
"Yeah, Tommy. It's not like we're in a large forest in the middle of nowhere with random weirdos lurking in the shadows." Techno said sarcastically.
"Well I was just saying- you- This is your fault!" I stuttered, trying to think of a comeback.
"Wait, What do you mean people lurking in the shadows?" Phil asked.
Wilbur's POV
So stupid... As if Tommy wouldn't be scared to explore the wilderness alone at night. My fins twitched, I sensed someone's presence by me. Unless it's Tommy trying to scare me. I mean, Tommy was right anyway, I'm scared. I decided I should head back because I'm uncomfortable with whoever's by me.
I turn back and start walking faster as I hear footsteps behind me. It felt like they were getting closer. I saw Phil, Techno and Tommy far ahead and suddenly detected a man's hand putting weight on my shoulder. He stopped me from going back to my family.
"DAD!" I shouted at the top of my lungs and tried to run away from whoever it was holding me back.
He was too strong, he pulled me away. He hurt my shoulders by having and intense grip on them.
"TECHN-" I screamed fearfully before the man covered my mouth and nose tightly with a napkin.
I struggled to breathe from my nose but continued calling out for help.
Techno's POV
"DAD!" Wilbur shouted from a distance.
"Wilbur?!" Phil called, looking around to see where he was shouting from.
"Where is he?" Tommy asked.
"TECHN-" Wilbur voice quavered in panic, getting cut off.
My ears fluttered, I looked ahead and observed something moving in the distance. I couldn't make out if it was Wilbur or someone else.
"WILBUR!!" Tommy bawled, trying to find our brother.
