Diana: Welcome to UA highs "Heroes remembrance festival" 47. Your targets are sure to be in the area. Remember 47, this is a school festival afterall. There are sure to be dozens of young bystanders in the area and who knows how much security. Especially with the amount of pro heroes in the area as well, this mission will be dangerous, but nothing you can't handle. Eliminate the targets, and find a way to expose the truth about Mitsuki's demise. Good luck 47.
You enter the school grounds by sneaking over the back walls, making sure to not set off any alarms. Eventually you find yourself near several catering trucks behind the main building bringing in more supplies for the vendors surrounding the festival grounds.
Diana: Remember 47, as an assassin of the ICA, you are the most dangerous person in any room. Use anything around you to your advantage. There are multiple ways an assignment can be completed you know.
47: Noted.
As you sneak around, you notice a few security guards standing by and chatting with one another. You're able to eavesdrop on them from a safe distance.
Security Guard 1: Hey did any of you guys notice how jittery Dino was just now? What's with him?
Security Guard 2: He's probably worried things aren't gonna go well for the festival.
Security Guard 1: Who wouldn't be? I hear the fireworks show he's got planned is gonna be big. *Chuckles* Can you imagine if something went wrong with that? Ugh, alright let's get back to it.
As you continue exploring the festival grounds, you find a small rv parked nearby in the back parking lot and a man in white clothing and bandages covering his face arguing with someone on the phone.
Diana: Oh, whats this? 47 can you get any closer? I think i know who that is.
???: Look Principal Nezu, i shall be down there to judge the cooking competition in a few minutes. Aagh!! The f-fucking bandages make my face itch like crazy! I can't stand it!
Diana: 47, that's Gordon Rex, famous celebrity chef and world renowned entrepreneur of kitchen cutlery. Just last month, he suffered a terrible accident when he slipped and caused boiling water to splash on his face. It appears he's here to judge a cooking competition. Perhaps it's time to test your cooking skills?
The chef angrily hangs up his phone and retreats into his RV to deal with his issues. You follow him inside and knock him unconscious by striking him with an unprepared fish he has sitting on a cutting board. After taking his clothes and wrapping your head in a new set of bandages, you step out of the RV and are greeted by a small rodent looking creature wearing a business suit and several security guards.
Diana: 47, that's Principal Nezu. I know it may seem strange, but just act natural.
Nezu: Ah Mr. Rex. I see you're doing much better than we last spoke. I came down to make sure you were okay. You sounded like you were in need.
