~Sasha Braus POV~
"So how is Marley High?" I ask trying to get the conversation going. Apparently having one of your own transfer to the rival High School is frowned on in Marley. They all seemed sad Pieck was leaving.
"Its fine." The kid with bleached hair scoffs.
"Be nice Pock." Pieck says from under Yelena's arm.
"Why? I'm not here for them I'm here for you." He rolls his eyes and slinks back into his chair.
"Yes, but I am going to be living here, and if you want any chance of coming to visit me here I suggest you be nice to our hosts." Pieck says. Damn she really put him in his place.
After 5 minutes of excruciating silence Reiner finally speaks, "Pock hows the football team been since i've been gone?"
"Its been good, we've won 5 and lost 2."
"Good to hear you don't need me anymore." Reiner fake sniffles and wipes his fake tears.
"Yeah, yeah. We still need a bigger guy like you on the tackling side." And just like that they engulf themselves in a bro-like conversation about football that the rest of us 1. don't understand, and 2. don't care enough to listen to.
Bertolt, Colt, Reiner, and Pock all make their way into the dinning room to continue their sports talk, and the rest of us go up to Mikasa's room.
My suitcases are already here because Mikasa took them up here sometime since we've been here.
"Whose are these?" Hitch asks.
"Mine." I grumble a bit embarrassed.
"So you guys living together already? Damn." Hitch laughs.
"Shut up it isn't like that." Mikasa says.
"It sure looks like that." Yelena says from behind Pieck.
Pieck hits her in the stomach, and the taller girl groans.
"I got kicked out of my house so I needed somewhere to go." I explain rubbing my arm. Hitch has a softer expression on her face now.
"I'm sorry..." Hitch says.
"Its okay, you couldn't have known." I say looking down now.
Pieck nudges Yelena. "Oh- yeah I'm sorry too."
A wave of sad silence passes through the dark colored room.
I decide to break the silence, "So are you two dating?" I ask gesturing to Pieck and Yelena.
They both share a look of nervousness and embarrassment before Yelena responds, "No, I'm just in it for the sex." They both laugh.
Annie looks a bit surprised and me, Mikasa, and Hitch probably look a bit uncomfortable.
"I'm joking, of corse were not dating." Pieck says after they stopped laughing. "Are you two?" Yelena asks nodding towards me and Mikasa.
"Well- Yeah." I say.
"Cute. So what room will Pieck be staying in?" Yelena asks a little too concerned for a 'friends' well being.
"Well...wherever she wants?" Mikasa says more like a question, hoping it will be a good answer for the scary 6'7" girl.
"Okay, okay." Yelena leaned against the wall so she was directly behind Pieck.
~Mikasa Ackerman POV~
"Anyways we have a couple more minutes sooooo..." Hitch looks to Annie with pleading eyes.
"Fine, we can go see Gabi, though I don't understand your weird obsession with her." Annie and Hitch leave the room to go bring the small brown-haired girl up here.
A couple minutes later the two girls return with the smaller one.
Gabi looked around the room and saw all of us staring at her. She honestly looked a little scarred.
"Hi i'm Sasha." Sasha beams and holds her hand out. Gabi has a small smiles on her face and takes Sashas hand.
"I'm Mikasa." I wave, I don't really like younger kids, even if she is 12.
"I'm Hitch!" Hitch looks like she's about to burst. "Annie has told me so much about you,"
"No I haven't" Annie butts in.
"Anyways, How old are you? Whats your favourite food? What school do you go to? What grade are you in? Do you play any sports? What do you like to do in your free time?"
"Okay Hitch, let her answer the questions first." Sasha says, surprisingly more calm than Hitch right now.
"Uhhh well..." Gabi is fiddling with her fingers, "I'm 12, I recently tried pizza with Pieck, Falco, Udo, Zofia, and Reiner, I really liked that. Uh I go to Marley Middle. I'm in 7th grade. I do track, and sometimes soccer. And uh I like to play outside with Falco, Udo, and Zofia."
"Thats so coolll." Hitch says.
"Hitch what is your problem?" Annie asks folding her arms.
"I like children okay? I think their cool."
"Oh huh I don't really like children." Annie says.
"What?!" Sasha and Hitch yell together.
"That. That Annie Leonhart is why we will break up." Hitch says wiping her fake tears.
"Oh shut up." Annie punches Hitch in the arm.
"Hah! I knew they were dating, you own me 5 dollars." Yelena says holding out her hand to Pieck.
"Ugh you guys made a bet?" Annie rolls her eyes.
"Well Yelena did." Pieck responds.
Gabi keeps turning her head to face whoever is talking.
While Pieck, Yelena, Annie and Hitch are going back and fourth Gabi comes to sit on the floor near us.
"Gabi," Sasha says.
"Yes?"
"Can I do your hair?"
Gabi's face goes a slight pink. "Uh yeah sure, Reiner usually does it, but he's not very good."
I laugh at that, "I could see him not being very good at it." I say.
Gabi sits in front of Sasha on the floor, while Sasha is above her on the bed. Is it behind Sasha and start to play with her hair as-well.
We are pulled back in to listening to their conversation on who they think is secretly dating.
"Fine Hitch you wanna make a bet?" Annie asks averting her eyes to Hitch.
"Maybe...what is it?"
"5 dollars says their dating." Annie says pointing to Yelena and Pieck.
"Thats a risque bet...I'm in."
"Your about to loose some money Hitch." Sasha says laughing.
"I know I know, but its fun."
"Wait Pieck you like Yelena?" Gabi finally speaks from the floor.
"Well its not quite like that." Pieck says with a red face.
