Chapter V

Today was the day, the boys left the house to the girls and all went to Jacobs. They wanted to be separated while getting ready for prom. After discussing how they were going to pick up the girls, they all went to their house. Same for the girls after finding their outfits they went back to their house. They all went back to experience the real feeling with the parents and stuff.

After they spent the day separately. It was finally time. The boys prepared a Limo to drive them to prom. They had to go pick up the 3 girls. Usher and Tim when they left their house kissed their mums on the cheek who was so proud of them. Jacob kissed his grandmother who was so happy for him. Not like his dad that spent night in bars having bar fight and drinking a lot. Jacobs mother died when he was 12 and his dad is still not over her death, he even started being violent with Jacob. But Jacob never showed or talked about it to anyone. One day for a whole week he wore sunglasses to school and told everyone he fell off his bike but I was actually his dad who had hit him. Anyway good thing there was his grandmother. 

Jacob was the last on to be picked up by the Limo between the other boys. Before going in the Limo his dad came back from the bar early because he wanted to be their when he left, he wanted to change. But he had drank too much and was to drunk to even speak. He was so drunk that he accidentally slapped Jacob in the face in front of Tim and Usher but it wasn't a hard one. Jacob bought him in the house and left upset cause he was sick of having a father like that. Usher and Tim ask if he was okay, he didn't want to talk about it.

Lexi was the first girl who got picked up, Usher went up to the door, rang the door bell, we could see he was really nervous. And it was Lexis dad who opened the door. Usher was really panicking now. He suddenly sees Lexi walking down the stairs. His eyes light up, she was beautiful, she had a long purple dress. Usher then said to the her dad:" I promise to bring her back before 12pm Sir ". They both went in the limo, Lexi was really surprised with the limo. She loved it.

Next up was Alix. The limo pulled over to her house and Jacob got out and out of nowhere Tim comes out behind him. Jacob was surprised and confused, Tim then said:"Let's go get our date". Jacob didn't have the heart to say stay here at Tim after what he did yesterday, stealing his date. So they both rang at the door bell and it was Alix who opened. Jacobs heart just stopped beating, he was really surprised how beautiful she was, he though it was impossible for her to be more prettier than she usually is.

Alix was surprise to see Tims face at the door, she then looked at Jacob who was really handsome. Jacobs then says:" Are you ready my lady (giving her flowers)? Hello Mises and Mrs Weld, promise to bring her back and make her have a great time". Those were Alix Weld's and Usher Weld's parents. The parents waved goodbye at Alix who was holding hands with Jacob, and Tim was walking next to them. Alix looked at Jacob giving him the look: why is Tim here. They both laughed and Alix thanked him for the beautiful flowers.

There was just missing one person now, where is Emma. Emma didn't have a date, so the boys decided to go get her together. They rang the door and her whole family opened the door, they laughed because not only she had one boy, she had three. When Emma saw them she started crying because the three of them came, even tho she didn't have a date she felt appreciated and loved. They all said bye to the family and off they went to the school were prom was happening. The girls still didn't believe the boys bought them to prom in a limo.

After a 15 mins they could finally see the red carpet that was leading to the entry. This time Tim entered with Emma. Once inside, it was crazy. They was music playing loudly, they had a live band, they were loads of drinks and food. They was an enormous dance floor. They all started dancing like crazy and having so much fun. For once they forgot about all their problems, they were just together and happy. It was a really amazing night. They was a picture stand, Alix grabbed Jacob and they rushed over there. The fist picture he was holding her by behind, the seconde pictured Tim appeared so they were just standing there doing nothing. The third on the photographer asked Tim to leave because he only wanted to take the 'couple'. So for the third picture Jacob took Alix and carried her in his arms like a baby and they stared in each other eyes, they couldn't stop staring, until Tim said:" Good one guys, now it my turn ". But Alix told him she was really thirsty and needed a drink now.

A few hours later, Alix and Jacob where dancing and suddenly a slow song comes on. So they had to come closer to each other. Alix looked up into Jacobs eyes, he looked into her eyes. For a moment they forgot the outside world, they were in their little bubble. You could see their faces moving closer and closer to each other it was like they were about to kiss. They looked so passionately into each others eyes, it was really impressive. And of course when they were about to kiss, Tim taps Jacob shoulder and says:" May I cut in? " no one answered, Jacob was to distracted looking into her eyes that he didn't even hear Tim. Tim then repeated himself:" EXUSE ME! May I cut in pls ". Tim slowly pushes Jacob and takes Alix's waist. Jacob who was in the clouds was shock by what just happened in between him and Alix, he went to get a drink, he didn't even notice Tim. As he walked away Alix starred at him and was also weirded ou by what just happened, she never had this feeling with anyone else.

Meanwhile the two lover birds Lexi and Usher were having the best time of their life. They even had their fist kiss together. It was magical Lexi said. We could tell they really really liked each other. On the other hand Emma was sitting on a bench outside the school alone feeling lonely, when suddenly and boy comes and sits next to her, they start talking and he asks her if she wants to dance, she accepted and the next thing you know, they became prom Queen and King. So her evening finished pretty nicely.

In the end they all went back to their house and slept, except Jacob and Alix who were still frustrated by what had happened, this amazing feeling they felt, they both lied in their room in separate houses just thinking about each other.
