Turning

.Chapter Two - Realisation.

A/N: So Wattpad's acting up, chapters may take longer to publish because things are being confusing, bear with me. Most of my chapters I think of on the spot, so they probably won't always make a lot of sense.

Kage:

" Kage Aruku, we need to talk, it's about Taiyo "

Kage sprang off his bed immediately, and turned to spot a tall figure.

" Who the hell are you? And how do you know my name? " He hissed, grabbing a nearby coat hanger to defend himself out of instinct.

" I'm afraid I can't tell you that, but you need to come with me. " The figure, who seemed to be a woman, said calmly, pushing glasses up her nose.

He snorted, " Yeah right, i'm going to come with some stranger who knows my name, do you think i'm stupid? You're probably some weirdo, go away. "

There was a slight hesitation, then the lady walked over to his door, pulling out a key.

" What're you doing? " He asked, taking a step forward curiously.

She stuck the key in, then swung the door open, revealing a colossal room the size of a cathedral, with huge glass windows looking out onto a stormy sea.

" What the.. " He muttered, peering through.

" This is the headquarters of our group, come on. " She said, placing a hand on his back, as if to push him through.

" Hold up, first tell me what's going on! " He protested, shaking her off.

" You'll find out later. " She said, giving him a firm shove into the doorway.

A/N: These brothers, always getting shoved..

" Hey! " He yelled as he stumbled through, twisting around to glare at her, " What the hell? "

" It was necessary. Now come. " She sighed, stepping through the door and closing it.

" No. I'm not going anywhere until you tell me what's going on. " Kage stated, plopping himself onto the floor with his legs crossed.

The lady groaned, resettling her glasses again. " Alright, fine, fine. I am Haru Urudachi, and I am part of an organisation that aims to unite demons and humans. Your family is vital for this, but unfortunately, Taiyo has disappeared so we can't execute our ideals, and we need you to find him. "

Kage stared at her, on eyebrow slowly creeping up his forehead with disbelief.

" Taiyo, disappeared..? And what do you mean by demons and humans being united, are you stupid? "

" Yes, your brother has vanished, and we don't know if he's even still alive. And no, I don't think i'm stupid. It's not a crazy idea. " Urudachi stated, crossing her arms.

" Alright, one last thing. Why did you need me? Just get a trained professional who knows their stuff. " Kage sighed.

" We are currently... short on staff, and we thought you might know what happened to him, you are his brother after all. " She explained, looking towards the mountain.

" Yeah. Sure. " Kage muttered, standing up. " So, what do I have to do? "

Taiyo:

Taiyo slowly woke to the sound of someone humming a tune. He opened his eyes slightly, observing his surroundings.

He was in a dimly lit hall that looked like some sort of warehouse. Underneath him was a mat of some kind of thin fabric, and there was a cat curled up at his feet.

" Oh, wonderful! You're awake. " He suddenly heard out of nowhere from behind him.

He sat up, turning simultaneously, and looked straight into the two-toned eyes of a young, black-haired man.

" Hi, i'm Chumon! Welcome to my home, I understand you're Taiyo Aruku? " Chumon asked, tilting his head slightly.

Taiyo shuffled a bit further away, Chumon had an unsettling air about him that he didn't like.

" I- I am Taiyo Aruku, yes... What do you want, and who are you exactly? " He asked hesitantly, eyes scanning the warehouse for some sort of door or window.

" Well, what I want is some lovely hot soup. However, a certain someone says it's too dangerous to go outside. " Chumon remarked, ignoring Taiyo's second question.

Suddenly, there was a creaking from somewhere in the shadows of the building, and Taiyo tensed, already jumpy.

" Hey Chumon, i'm back, is this the kid? " A tall, slim man walked out from behind a crate.

" Yeah! He seems pretty jumpy, maybe he needs some soup, hm brother? " Chumon remarked, earning a snort of amusement from the other teenager.

" Hi there, i'm Hakai. "

Hm, I don't really know about this chapter, it was written pretty late so it's not my best.
Introducing some new characters though!
