Notice that? "Had," apparently I thought it was a good idea to edit the chapters of this book— and potentially add more since I have nothing better to do with my time. I mean, I could go and pound those Fs I have in my grade-book but I'm way too tired to do that now.
Hope you guys have been doing well... Maybe, if you'd like, you can give me some ideas on what to write.
Oh, and another thing, I'm sure you noticed the title change, "The Girl Next Door." Yeah, sounds kinda cliché, but isn't that the case for every teenage romance?
The reader's personality is overall going to be warm and approachable. Their backstory will consist of them moving from the countryside to the more populated areas, in this case, the town/city Max, Goofy, and everyone else live.
Gonna try my absolute best to participate in 80's/90's slang, since I'm pretty sure that's the timeline where this movie takes place, especially considering it was published in '95. Fortunately for you and me, the reader is going to be more down-to-earth, and less into the trends of present day in the story until much later. I'd also like to point out that the reader's family is actually acquainted with the Goofs, considering that Goofy seems enough like a country-man himself. Fucking, so beautiful I love him so much— but, anyway.
I'm most definitely adding more words into each chapter. I want more detail, more spice, maybe some flashbacks about the reader's life and whatever else, some extra scenes too. I wanna make this special.
Right now, this story is already special but... in a whole different category, the very not good kind.
I dislike this fanfiction very much, but I love the memory of it, which is why I want to restore it somehow for everyone to enjoy. I hope that's at least respectable enough?
