Chapter 3: New Season

Three months later, which was October, the weather was still warm in California, which is warm year round with no snow and rare rain in some cities and in Malibu, people were driving down the Pacific Coast Highway

At a beach house in Malibu, which is on pacific coast highway and it was 5,648 square feet, it was also private and serene, 65 feet of frontage, perched directly beside the longest stretches of private dry sand beach in malibu, it had six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, a step down living room with soaring ceilings, gourmet kitchen and a multitude of balconies. Also it had a indoor pool with swim jets, steam and sauna, last but not least it had ample parking and an elevator.

In one of the bedrooms, which was the master bedroom on the third level, Ryan was asleep and the time was 8:00 AM and then he sat up and got up from the bed, then he headed to the master bathroom and took a shower, then he came back to his room.

"All righty, let's see what i'm gonna wear." Ryan said as he looked through his closet and after he looked closely, he chose a Los Angeles Lakers Magic Johnson jersey and some dark blue jogging pants and after he ate and did some cleaning, he put on a jacket and headed downstairs and got in his car, which was a Lexus ES350 and headed to his mother's studio.

Five minutes later, Ryan had pulled up into the parking lot of JC's Broadway Dance Academy, which was located on Morning View Drive, then he parked his car in the parking lot of the studio, he got out and headed inside to see Jeanette and Ava talking.

"Hello, Mom. Hello, Ava." Daniel greeted them.

"Hi, Ryan." Jeanette responded to her son, then she and Ava see that he's wearing his Lakers Magic Johnson jersey.

"You know it, Magic Johnson is my favorite laker of all time, Kareem is my second favorite and my current favorite laker is Kobe. I remember when the Lakers used to win a lot of games, but now, they've been falling off the radar."

"To be honest with you, it's gone from the Lake show to Lob City by the Clippers since they're winning now." Ava told her older brother. "So what do you think is gonna happen this dancing season?"

"Hopefully, we get back on track from last year's loss at nationals to a particular, fat, mean dance teacher that only cares about one dancer and not the others." Ryan stated.

"You're right there, unlike her, we care about all of the dancers and we care about the team, there are no favorites in JC's Broadway Dance Academy." Jeanette told them.

"True." Ava stated. "In my opinion, the four new members of the competition team might get us back on track and the three of us have already met the three of them and they are extremely talented."

"I can't wait for them to get here, because we can't wait to work with them!"

Ryan couldn't help but smile, knowing that everyone in Jeanette's studio couldn't wait to meet their new members and he then saw the two cars pull into the parking lot. "Well, you won't have to wait any longer, because they are here now."

Getting out of the first car that just parked was Christi and Chloe. Coming out of the second car were Kelly, Brooke and Paige and they were walking towards the entrance and unlike their days in the ALDC, they actually arrived with smiles on their faces and their moms were behind them.

"Hey, we're glad you made it to the studio, Welcome to JC's Broadway Dance Academy." Jeanette said as Six women came to the front desk. "I would like you to meet the faculty of BDA, This is Amy, she's the backbone to the studio and she's also the Office Manager and BDA's Recrational Program Director, Jodie Berbas, she's the stage door boutique manager and my office assistant manager, Becki Goode, who is one of the teachers and Competition Team Director and she's also a Zumba Instructor, Laurein Chopski, she teaches Ballet and last but not least, this is Viktoriah Serra, she's the gymnastics instructor. Ladies, these are the new members of the studio, Chloe Lukasiak, Brooke Hyland, Paige Hyland and their mothers, Christi Lukasiak and Kelly Hyland."
