Chapter. 5. Found.

Olivia's POV.

I woke up in hospital and I was so confused. Pain ripped through me as I sat up. "What's going on?" I asked looking around. Elliot jumped to his feet and ran towards me.

"Olivia thank god" he said sighing with relief.

"What happened"

"Kathy went crazy"

"Ate the kids OK" I asked and Elliot just looked at me, his eyes began to water at the mention of his kids. "Oh... El... I-I'm so sorry" I said putting a hand on his shoulder.

I felt like this was all my fault. I wasn't going to give up on Eli. I signed myself out of the hospital and went home. Nick came to see me after Lucy dropped Noah home but I didn't care I got straight back to the case. Nick looked in on it with me.

"Wait a minute" he said as he was looking through Elliot's financials. "Look, money was wired into an account in the name of Richard Harris" he exclaimed and I took the file.

"Lemme see" I said looking down the page. We rushed to the precinct, I took Noah with me and Amanda took him while I did a background check on Richard Harris. It turns out he was arrested multiple times, for rape and kiddie porn. It had to be him.

Fin went and arrested him and I met him in the squad. "He already confessed Liv" Fin said as I rushed towards him.

"Then where's Eli?" I asked hopefully.

"Olivia.." he trailed giving me a serious look.

"No... No he didn't" I said starting to cry.

"He won't confess to killing him, but he talked about how he cut him up. There's no way with injuries like that, that he would've survived" Fin said sadly. I just gave him a blank stare "he wants to see you" he said so I walked to interrogation.

Interrogation - Nobody's POV.

Harris: Ah Olivia I was wondering when I'd get to meet you.

Olivia: where is he Harris?

Harris: dead.

Olivia: where?

Harris: if you get me a deal I'll talk.

Olivia: fine. I won't chop your balls off if you tell me where he is. Is that good enough?

Harris: maybe if I got to screw someone one last time before I went inside.

Harris winked at Olivia and she was disgusted. She was desperate though and for a second she even considered it. "I'll tell you what. You tell me where he is and I'll make sure you'll have the time of your life" she whispered seductively.

"OK. Fine. But how do I know you're telling the truth?" Harris asked.

"Stand up" she whispered. Harris stood up and Olivia kissed him deeply. "Wow.." he he trailed. He got closer but Olivia pushed him back down on the chair.

"No, no. You tell first, sex after" she said sitting on the table.

"What the hell is she doing?" Nick asked, slightly disgusted.

"She's lost it" Sonny said. Meanwhile on the other side of the glass Harris was beginning to talk.

"I have a warehouse, here's the key, if you hurry you can get there in time" he said and Olivia smiled walking towards the door. "What about our deal?" he asked.

"What deal?" Olivia laughed slamming the door.

She ran to her car and drove up to the warehouse. She opened the door and ran to the top floor. There was Eli chained to a bed, she quickly ran and untied him. "Wivvy!" he exclaimed hugging her tightly.

"Come on let's get you back to your daddy" Olivia whispered as she carried him out. She knew he needed a doctor so she rushed him to mercy. Elliot met her there. "He's being treated now" Olivia said as Elliot approached her. They hugged for awhile before Elliot gently pulled away.

"Thank you, thank you so much" he whispered, kissing her softly. The past few weeks of his life have been hell but finally things are looking up for him.
