Issei, though looking to be 16, wasn't a teenager. His body was that of a teen, yes. And it was true that only 16 years had elapsed since his birth in the Mortal Realm (Earth), but Issei was actually closer to 30. The perks of being a Demigod with Demon blood were substantial, indeed. From his perspective, it had been over 15 years since the betrayal. During that time, he'd grown much stronger. Strong enough that Amaterasu and Susanoo believed he was ready to permanently leave the Heavenly Plains in Kyoto. Despite that fact, Issei still craved power.
Issei had trained with the Shinto Trinity, the current Leviathan, Styx, and several others. Indeed, Issei had trained with many powerful individuals. He had prowess in many fields. His Divine Abilities, manipulation of Divine Energy, Shinto Magic, Demonic Magic, the use of Boosted Gear, use of Draconic Energy, Martial Arts, Swordsmanship, and many others. Even then, it wasn't enough.
Issei needed to be strong, much stronger than Ddraig was in Life, in order to fulfill his goal. Issei wanted to fight against powerful enemies. Enemies like the Three Super-Devils and other Satan-Class Demons. He also wanted to face the Dragon Kings and the Nine-Tailed Fox, although he wasn't certain about whether he would get the chance to face any of those enemies. Yet, there was one enemy... one he knew he would face eventually.
The White One, the Vanishing Dragon. Issei knew he would have to fight his Natural Enemy someday, yet the White Dragon was merely a stepping stone on the path to his true prey. Currently, Issei was on a train to the town where he was supposedly born. Amaterasu had already handled the paperwork and was having the Shinto Faction's funds cover the expenses. Unfortunately, Amaterasu didn't send him alone... his sister was with him.
She was a Devil-God like himself, a descendant of Satan. She was born between a Kitsune and their Father who was half Devil, Half-God. While Issei was half God, his sister was only a quarter-God. She was his Half-Sister. Being what she was, his sister was an extremely powerful Magician- who knew seemingly all forms of magic. She also had an Affinity for most regular Elements.
Now, one may wonder, why was she sent with him?
The answer was simple, but annoying. Amaterasu sent his sister for the sole purpose of being a maid- more or less. His sister's job was to heal him, keep him from using Juggernaut Drive, cook for him if he so wished... things like that. But more than anything else, Issei suspected his sister's job was to annoy him.
A punishment for not giving into Amaterasu's advances.
"Onii-chan! You're first day of school is tomorrow, make sure you're presentable!" She chirped, causing Issei to merely lean against the train's wall. How much longer would this last? He just wanted to go to sleep at this point.
He got his wish, it seemed. As him and his fox of a Sister were going to the house (mansion) his Great Grandmother had purchased for them, they only had to deal with a simple rabid Oni. For either of them, a common Oni may as well have been sheep and they were lions. Needless to say, they slaughtered it before they arrived at home.
Issei immediately went to shower while he let his sister cook. After eating, he went straight to sleep. Even as he slept, he still trained. In his dreams, he practiced his techniques and worked on strategy. Specifically, overcoming Ddraig on combat. In their mind, in that Dreamscape, Ddraig had all of his abilities. Though Ddraig mostly used his Dragon Fire, Boost, and his body. Overcoming Ddraig, or at least meeting the criteria Ddraig set for him to be considered victorious, wasn't an easy task. Yet Issei felt it was worth it.
When his sister woke him up, he took a shower and let her cook. Once he'd eaten, he went off to school. 'A school with Devils in it.' Issei thought as he casually arrived at his first class. The day went by in a daze, nothing of note happening.
