Y/n woke up to hear Craig on the phone with his friends. Because it wasn't their business, they grabbed their clothes from their side of the closet and went to change. Once they finished, they went downstairs. Their bag was by the door, and they left. Craig was much, much slower than them. He probably wouldn't be able to eat breakfast.
Y/n got into their uncle Thomas's car, connecting their phone with Bluetooth. They drove to school, listening to music in silence. Craig had stopped driving with them about a year before in favor of walking with his friends. They were fine with that. They eventually reached the school, pocketing their car keys as they got out and walked inside. They were in a different class than Craig, but their best friend Gary Harrison was in class with them.-
"So, yeah. That was so strange."
Gary listened to Y/n talk about what happened the night before. "Hm. I typically know a lot about that, but this is stumping me. I would say that maybe Satan is trying to maybe possess you, but the whole glitched picture thing sounds... not like that."
"Gary, why on earth of Satan pick me as a vessel? I was born in Cork and I have to introduce myself three times for someone to remember my name."
Gary shrugged. "Maybe that's what he wants. I know you're unsettled, but I don't know what to do. Here."
Gary unclasped his cross necklace and held it out to Y/n. Y/n was aghast. If they had been standing, they might've collapsed. "Your necklace? Are you sure, Gary? You've had it for so lo-"
Gary said, "I'm sure. I want you to know that I'm always in your corner, because you tend to forget when you're scared. And if there really is a demon, it'll protect you!"
"Oh... Thank you so much Gary. I'd hug you if I could do it comfortably."
"You're so sweet, Y/n!"
Y/n took the necklace from Gary and put it on themselves. It was a simple silver chain with a silver cross charm on it that Gary wore everywhere. Just as Y/n put it on, the lights started to flicker, then shut down. "What's going on?"
"The power shut off. Maybe the storm caused it?"
Y/n finally noticed all the rain outside, and heard some thunder. Gary got up. "Here Y/n, let's find your cous-"
The intercom turned on, and a language not of the mortal world started being spoken. Y/n was even more frightened and got up to follow Gary. Gary was pale. "L-Let's just find Craig."
"He's already leaving. I can see him at the exit."
Gary sighed. "Let's just... go see what's going on with the electricity. Maybe we could find the breaker in a maintenance closet and fix the electricity somehow."
"Do you know how to do that?"
"No," Gary admitted.Y/n grabbed their phone and turned on the flashlight at the lowest setting to not alarm anyone. Gary and Y/n made their way out to the hall. The cafeteria was clamoring and their peers were screaming. Gary and Y/n were just outside the front office when they heard, "Tally ho, old friends!" in a British accent that Y/n recognized almost instantly. They paled. "What's wrong?" Gary asked. He didn't know, he wasn't in South Park yet. As if in response to questions, the voice said, "It is indeed! Been quite a while since I've seen any of you, hasn't it?"
A brief moment of silence.
"And you'd be correct, old chaps!"
Y/n began to hyperventilate. They dropped their phone, cracking the screen and camera. They fumbled to grab it and stuffed it into their pants pocket. The intercom crackled with the British accent. Gary twisted to stare at Y/n. "Hey, what's wrong!"
Y/n wasn't able to answer and, in a desperate attempt to protect themselves from the perceived threat, they ran out of the building. "Wait, Y/n!"
Y/n stumbled out into the rain, fishing in their pockets for their car keys. They saw the old silver van-type car and unlocked it as they ran over, jumping into the driver's seat and starting it. As they started to leave, they saw Craig and his group burst through the door. Clyde shouted, "Y/n! Wait for us!"
Y/n had already pulled out of the parking lot and was speeding on the road, away from the school."Fly me to the moon, and let me play among the stars..."
Frank Sinatra's voice over the radio calmed Y/n down slightly. That quickly evaporated as the radio crackled, and the song was replaced with the British accent. "Hello, Y/n!"
Y/n swerved to the side of the road. Some water splashed up onto the window. They felt cold as they mumbled, "P-Pip?"
"Yes, that's me! I've missed you!"
Y/n gripped the steering wheel. They put their head on the steering wheel. "You're dead!"
"Yes, it would seem so."
Y/n's eyes filled with tears. "This cannot be happening."
"Oh, but it is!"
"I am just freaking out; this isn't happening!"
"Au contraire."
The radio shut off. Y/n sat in silence for about fifteen minutes, trying to process what just happened. Their phone rang, startling them. They answered. "Hello?"
"Y/n! Oh thank God you answered! Come to Starks Pond, and quick!"
Y/n blinked. "Wha- Token, are you guys okay?"
"I think so. Just, get over here as fast as you can, okay?"
"Okay. I'll be there in five minutes."-
Y/n pulled over, turning off the car's engine. "Oh, Y/n! You're safe!"
Clyde ran over, hugging them tightly. "Uh, yeah? I am?"
"You disappeared from the cafeteria and left the school without us; we were so scared!"
Clyde was sobbing into Y/n's shirt. They awkwardly detached him. Token was talking to Tweek, and Craig suddenly started screaming. "SHUT UP! CAN ALL OF YOU JUST SHUT UP?! JESUS CHRIST!!!"
"Craig?" Token said. "Dude, we weren't even talking that loud."
"Yo man... are you gonna be okay? Craig, bro? Dawg? Broseph?" Clyde said.
"Clyde."
"Everything is... it's... so loud."
"Craig, are you having a panic attack?"
"Oh god. Oh god we're not alone. We're still not alone."
Clyde said, "You're freaking me out, dude, you're not like this."
"We're not alone and there's someone right behind us."
