Mina looked out the window and said, "Well, there's not much to talk about if you really think about it."

You turned around to see Eren smoking from his electronic cigarette in the mirror outside where she was looking.

"I'm sorry for ruining your date," She sighed.

You chuckled and rolled your eyes while picking up a cheese stick in the process, "We're not actually dating. I'm just curious about his past. I'm sorry for lying."

She returned your smile and reached for two cheese sticks, eating them afterward, "Oh, no! That said, I wouldn't be surprised if you were. You know, he picks up the cutest girls." You were sucking on your water straw, looking surprised.

"He slept with four girls I know in junior year and even got one pregnant after unsafe sex. If you ask me, that's not a big number, but he was also on the verge of being arrested for petty theft, murder (pretty sure that was a rumor, though), and underage smoking." She said this while munching on the next cheese stick on the plate.  

She went on to say, "I'm not familiar with the theft allegations, but the smoking is undoubtedly real. Since sophomore year, the jerk has been smoking, and a girl named Nanaba tipped him off because her father is a cop. By the way, Nanaba is some bitch with a goody-two-shoes attitude."

With a tilt of your head, you took the rest of the cheese sticks. You didn't want to act shocked, so you appeared to be unconcerned about the situation.

You sighed as you chewed on the stick "Oh, damn. That's tough. " She nodded and smiled, "I agree. He's a complete moron. Also —"

Historia then approached the table, took the appetizer tray, and said, "Is there anything else you'd like to eat, or are you just going to eat that? If that's the case, I can get the check." You nodded and requested for the bill. You weren't planning on staying any longer than you had to.

"Forget it," Mina sighed as she shifted uncomfortably in her seat. You shook your head to the left. You basically demanded, "No, tell me."

She took a few seconds to glance around before returning her gaze to you, "Because I was one of the girls he hooked up with in Junior year, I was glad you weren't one of his girlfriends. I wanted to, you know, have him—"

"What are you talking about? Have him?" You questioned almost instantly, interrupting her.

"Why not? He's fair game, after all. If Eren is single, I can get as close to him as I want. It shouldn't make any difference to you, right?" Mina remarked.

She went on to say, "That's great! Then it's my turn to call dibs!" You imagined them going to school together and doing other couple activities.

No.

Historia returned with the check, and you gave her the cash equivalent. You didn't ask for a receipt and instead expressed your thanks by tipping her.

You sighed as you stood up from your chair, "No. There's no dibs. He's mine." She stood up after looking at you, obviously perplexed. "Didn't you mention you guys weren't dating?" She was practically yelling.

You rolled your eyes and slammed your hands on the table, "I'm not giving him to you."

"Why not?" She yelled back angrily. You said back, "Because I don't want to. That's why." Mina took a seat again, choosing not to attract attention to herself or you.

"You said no when I asked if you were his girlfriend. That means he isn't your property!" She said it in a natural tone of voice.

You accused her by pointing a finger at her and saying, "I don't care."
