Sure, you went above and beyond Eren, but that was your plan all along. However, you were hoping you didn't do as much as you did right now.

The party had been over for almost an hour, and everybody, including the birthday boy, had already left. Mikasa and you were keeping your distance from Eren, taking down the "Happy Birthday!" banner that was hung on the wall.

You couldn't understand why Mikasa was so upset about it. You didn't really know anything about her. All you knew about her is that she was Eren's younger sister.
That's it, really. Maybe she actually has strong morals that she follows; you didn't know.

Finally, the three of you had finished sweeping up the confetti that had strewn around the floor and placing all of the decorations down.

Eren vacuumed up the confetti that had fallen to the ground. Eren strolled over to the couch after returning the vacuum to its original place.

He was holding a hair tie in his hand. He made a curved upward motion with his hand above his head.

To make it easier for himself, he put the hair tie in his mouth and bit it with his teeth before putting his hair in a messy bun.

He then put the hair tie in his hair, which he had taken from his mouth. When putting his hair up, he looked really good. You scowled as you averted your gaze from Eren.

Curse Carla Jaeger. Her genes were incredible.

Mikasa was already on her way to the couch when she arrived, sitting on her foot. Every time she took a step, her skull earrings shifted. You trailed behind her, your legs and arms crossed on the opposite side.

After five minutes of silence, Mikasa stood up and said, "You know what, y'all are old enough to deal with this issue by yourselves. This isn't my problem anymore!" She said as she got up and stormed down the hall and into her room, slamming the door behind her.

You smack your lips as you look at Eren and then back to the wall. Mikasa had no problem leaving you with him.

Eren moves closer to you as he leans in. "Won't you repeat that?" He questions. You return his stare, his mouth curved into a smirk.

You roll your eyes at him and prepare to get up when he softly takes your hand. He then grabs your waist and cradles you between his thighs. He encircled you with his arms and embraced you from behind.

You heard his phone ring on the side of him, but you ignored it.

You managed to keep his hands off your waist as soon as possible. "What are you doing?" With a pouty expression on your face and a raised brow, you inquire.

He looks at you with his upper body tilted to the side. As he bends in closer to you, he says, "Just getting comfortable, princess." You rolled your eyes again, turning your gaze away from him.

You weren't going to let him get away with this charm. Even though you weren't dating, the fact that he pulled that fucking stunt with Mina irritated you.
