My thoughts were interrupted by a light bulb. Well, an imaginary light bulb, but if it was real it would shine over my head. I could find out who did this to my friend. Though Robert is probably in a better place, I want revenge. That is quite the word, but it's true. I wanted to go to school, but I needed 2 more days in the hospital. I did need 2 days, until a doctor came in and told me I was free to go, but for me not to go to school for two more days and just stay home. So, I did the only natural thing at this moment.
I went to school. I just walked into class like the cool kid. But, of course that would be too perfect, first I accidentally had to walk into the wrong classroom, cause a scene and trudge to English embarrassed. An average routine for me. The class was already halfway through and even though our dear Professor Purdy knew that I had come from the hospital, he still scolded me for being late. Does everyone hate me? As I sat down, I noticed someone else was in the classroom, and he was just standing in the corner. He was a new kid, and because we had assigned seats, he wasn't allowed to take my seat. Professor Purdy was ignoring him, even though there was an unassigned seat right next to me. He reminded me of someone else.
So I did something that was not correct by my school's standards. It was nice to a new student. I know, shocking right. I was beginning to think that someone couldn't be nice to new students. Like it was physically impossible. I mean when I came no one was nice to me. Even though I came in Kindergarten, so I guess no one was nice to me because I was a loser. Anyway, back to me being nice to the new kid. I looked at him and gestured for him to sit down at the seat next to me. Professor Purdy was looking at the whiteboard so he didn't see. And despite the glares of the other students, I let the new kid sit. Gavin took out a piece of paper, wrote something down for a long time. I was expecting an essay, but no. When he folded the paper and threw the paper airplane to me it just said "We'll talk about this later". God, he was a slow writer. But the message was there. He's gonna beat me up. Not as bad as our friend sitting down next to me. New kids go to the hospital.
Speaking of which, our friend Gavin was middle-fingering me! How romantic! After he was done with his skit he charmed Professor Purdy into writing his notes for him. Let me repeat that. Gavin Galluzzo made my professor write Gavin's notes for him. How?
After class, as I walked past the bullies. They were chatting, and I overheard some of their conversations. "Murder...gun...Gavin said no...suspicious of us... shouldn't have..." they stopped talking when they saw me. I stared at them, then looked away and became very interested in my shoes. The moment they were out of sight I ran with my eyes wide. They... they, I think they killed him. They were talking about murder and a gun and suspicion. I think all the bullies killed my friend. But I wanted solid evidence, I would call the Police then and there, but of course, the Police would need more evidence and reject it. So I decided to do the only thing I could do to get evidence.
I tried to befriend the bullies. I know, 2000 IQ, right?
