Chapter 2 : I'm Happy

" Let's love as if the world stopped like this, thank you for being you..."

The station was filled with people moving around with papers in their hands. Phones were ringing non stops and officers were answering each of it. I leaned back on my chair and closed my eyes out of frustration. Today was just so hectic....

It's only 10 in the morning and we have received many cases . In one day, 2 people were reported missing and it was reported to our station only. I pinched the bridge of my nose before sliding my chair to the left where my beautiful girlfriend is.

She looked at me and smiled slightly. She turned her body and came closer to me. I pouted and she chuckled before putting her hand on my cheek.

" i know you can do it...so don't let your guards down and remember that I'm here always..." She said calmly and it really gave me a sense of comfort.

I nodded at her and went back to my place before starting to open the file.

On the other hand, a guy who used to have eyes that are quite big and honest looking are staring at Jungkook with a pity look. His eyes are filled with sorrow and his lips were no longer facing up.

Two tattoos on the back of his arms and one underneath his shirt. He was known to be an ace in this police department along with Jungkook and Y/N. His name is Jimin. Park Jimin...

Weird huh?

A policeman with many tattoos...Well, Jimin used to be a spoiled brat. He used to mingle with bunch of bad kids, skip school a lot and didn't even go back home. One day, the school found out and decided to send Jimin to the police academy as a punishment to make him a better person. Seeing how his life is already upside down, he decided to go and that is when it changed his life for a better.

Jimin sighed and looked at the seat beside Jungkook. He smiled weakly and turned back to do his own job.

" Alright , gather up ! " The chief called out and all of us gathered.

" We received many reports today but our main priority is to bring back the 2 missing people okay? Team A and B search for this guy while Jungkook, Jimin and Y/N search for the this lady..." The chief gave orders and all of us replied with a yes sir.

Jimin smiled weakly to the chief before getting up and opening the cases file.

" Women....23 years old...was alone wearing a hoodie and a black pants. Was last seen at the park walking alone." 

Jimin took out the picture of the lady and study her features. Long brown hair...her eyes that are as blue as the ocean and the lips that are plumy. Jimin then pin her picture on the board and crossed his arms before pressing his lips together.

Where do he start ?

Jungkook then came beside him and put his hands on his hips. He then passed Jimin an envelope . Jimin frowned as he looked at Jungkook. Jungkook nodded and gestured Jimin to take the envelope. Jimin then took it and open up the envelope. His eyes widen at the information.

It's an information about the victim real last whereabouts. It was seen she was getting kidnapped by a van nearby the park and the van stopped at a warehouse. Jimin looked at Jungkook shocked.

" How do you find this information ? " Jimin asked and Jungkook smiled widely before putting his hand on Jimin's shoulder.

" Y/Nnie gave me some information..." Jungkook then looked beside him and pointed to Y/N while smiling.

Jimin face darkened and he looked at Jungkook with the same pity look. Jimin then looked at where he was pointing and smiled at Y/N.

" Thank you y/n ah..." Jimin said more like a whisper and sighed.
