Don't Leave [Gackt x Hyde]

DAY 14

~~~~~~~~~~~Day Fourteen~~~~~~~~~

It was already in the middle of the night when Hideto woke up. He looked around sleepily before he glanced at the TV that was still turned on, and the last DVD they had watched was repeating itself, he didn't know how often it had already done that.

He grabbed the remote and wanted to turn it off, but hesitated when he realized, it was the only thing providing light. If it weren't for the TV, the room would be totally dark.

So he left it on and glanced at the sleeping forms next to him.

Chacha was curled up in a ball on a chair, a peaceful smile on his face as he mumbled something in his sleep.

His Gacchan was lying next to him on the sofa, one of his arms wrapped around Hideto gently but in a very protective way.

He smiled. Now everything was okay.

Hideto lied down again and closed his eyes, attempting to sleep, but after just some minutes he found that he couldn't.

He sighed and sat up as good as possible with arms around him, looking around again.

It was so dark ... he wanted to look for Tetsu but ... it was so dark, and he didn't dare getting up. Besides, he couldn't get up without waking his beloved, and he didn't want to wake him just yet.

Meanwhile Tetsu was busy using his remaining energy to keep Sakura alive.

His body wasn't that badly wounded, but since the demon had used magic against him, his spirit was suffering, he could see it clearly.

"Please ... don't die ...", he whispered, as he felt his strength fading,"Please ..."

The unconscious man gave a weak groan and coughed then, before he opened his eyes slowly.

"Tetsu?", he asked weakly, looking up at the other. He saw something in the other one's eyes he hadn't seen before.

It was like ... something pure and strong was shining through them ...

Sakura was sure that he was hallucinating, for he believed that for a short moment he had seen pure white wings emerging from Tetsu's back.

He was using magic on his body ... he felt the warmth slowly seeping into his body. It felt so good ... and he started to feel better, stronger again.

"It'll be okay", Tetsu whispered,"Just ... don't give up..."

"But I ... feel better already ...", Sakura said then, taking Tetsu's hands gently, forcing him to stop his magic,"Thank you"

Tetsu smiled weakly, and as Sakura pulled him onto the bed, he didn't refuse. He even allowed Sakura to hug and stroke him gently.

"You ... really are an angel, aren't you?"

As I opened my eyes, the sun was just rising outside.

"Mmh ... hey", I complained as I felt what had woken me. Someone was poking me. I didn't even have to look to know that it was Hideto.

"Wake up Gacchan!", he whined, poking me again,"I'm hungry ..."

"You can make food yourself", I muttered, about to go back to sleep, when he started shaking me.

"I can't cook! Now get up and make something!", Hideto continued whining and pouted,"Come on!!"

"Uggh ... Okay ...", I murmured and sighed as I attempted to shove him off me, but he kept sitting in my lap.
