Chapter 6- I Won't Say I'm In Love- Will I?

One week later

Sabbi's POV

"Hey Sabbi! Capri, Alex, and I are going to have a sleepover at Capri's house! Be there at six?" Madi texted me. "Sure! See you then!" I texted her back.

At Capri's House

"Alex, you and Gabe are so cute! but why weren't you at the Christmas party?" Capri asked as she sat down in one of her beanbag chairs. "I was out of town visiting my family," Alex replied lying down on her sleeping bag.

"So Sabbi, you and Will eh?" Madi asked. "What? I like him and all but like I'm not in love with him or anything," I said really quickly and avoided their gazes. "Hey! Let's record a song! Oops, sorry Madi," Capri said. "No it's fine, I'd love to hear you guys sing a song," she smiled. "Alex, Sabbi, you up to it?" Capri said. "Sure, but where?" I asked. "In my basement, I have a bunch of recording equipment," Capri said getting up. "Okay, in the song I have in mind there's back up vocals, and that's gonna be Capri and I," Alex said as we walked downstairs. "What song are you guys gonna do?" Madi asked. "You'll see," Alex and Capri said simultaneously. "Ugh, you two," I grumbled.

Capri set everything up and handed Alex and I headphones. She gave us a thumbs up and sat down next to Alex. She passed out the music and when my eyes landed on what the song was I tried not to freak out, since we were already recording. And I had to sing the lead just great. I heard the music start so I had to start singing.

"If there's a prize for rotten judgement

I guess I've already won that

Been there done that, I sang, with a lot of emotion.

"That was amazing! But Sabbi, why won't you admit you're in love with Will?" Madi asked once we got back upstairs. I took a deep breath and began," I’m afraid to fall in love because I’ve seen people get hurt and heart-broken and I don’t want to suffer that. But I secretly want someone to sweep me off my feet." I sighed. "Will could be that one honey, you just gotta give him a chance," Alex said. "Okay, I will." I finally said.

So herro peoples! I decided to write another chapter cuz like yeah! Truth is I hear a song and write a chapter or something off of it. Does anyone else do that?
