B.2 Chapter 1 - School Break, Snow Falls

Dipper
It was any normal day, it was getting close for our winter break. For this year, me and Mabel are going to Gravity Falls.

Me and Mabel's parents are going out of town to see our grandparents and they don't wanna see us. Maybe because we resembles our great uncles, Grunkle Stan and Grunkle Ford.

If your wondering how they are alive, there's no answer because we are not sure either.

Anyways, I was walk towards the car with all of my belongs, I had to wait for Mabel because it's her turn to drive the car back home.

"Dipper!" I hear Mable shout, I look in the direction of the shout was. I see her running towards me with all of her things she needs.

"What's with the stuff? Extra work you didn't do?" I asked her. She stops and catches her breath then smiled at me.

"I bought these books with someone and they had it, it's just books I'm gonna bring." We start heading into the car and Mabel begins to drive.

"You actually read now?" I teased her.

"Anyways, let's get home and get packing, I wanna leave as soon as possible!" She smiles at me.

"Hey! Don't dodge my question!" ... nothing, how she's ignoring me. I sighed and looked out the window.

"Hey Dipper, make sure you pack a jacket and warm clothing, it's gonna be really cold there." Mabel tells me. I sighed and nod.

It's been a few months since we've been in Gravity Falls but, I keep in touch with my boyfriend Bill Cipher.

From what I also know,  Grunkle Stan and Grunkle Ford is doing a little better than before but not a whole lot.

"I wonder if "Ford" can go into the snow?" Mabel wonders.

"Mabel, why did you call the car after Grunkle Ford?" I asked her. She chunckles a little and smiles at me.

"I don't know, it just fits the name you know?" I laughed along with her.

"It kinda does"

When we got back, our parents left us a note. Mabel doesn't read the note and quickly goes into her room. I sighed and looked over the note.

Dipper and Mabel,
Sorry you couldn't be on this trip with us. We will have gifts for you guys when we get back. Please send your great uncles out fair wells.
Make sure to not cause trouble, we will say hi to your grandparents.

Dipper - Make sure to watch your sister, make sure she doesn't cause trouble and make sure she doesn't run away.

I sighed as I looked over the note they left me. There was also a note for Mabel. I looked around to see if she was close by waiting for me.

"Dipper! I still have to pack. Go ahead and get your things out!" Mabel shouts.

"Okay thanks!" I quickly go do that and opened Mabel's letter.

Mabel,
Your brother was supposed to come with us but, seems like he wants to go with you. Don't cause your bother too much trouble, stay out of his study.
Make sure to send your uncles well. Make sure when we get back. Your in your room, don't speak about this to your brother

Your father

Mabel,
I'm sorry about your father, please send Stan and Ford well, your father does not like them, so please make sure they are well. I heard they were sick so please send me updates.

Love, your mom

I sighed and looked at the difference in letters. Then I heard footsteps come up behind me.

"You can't tell dad you read the letters. Don't worry about me little brother." I looked at her, her face had a smile but her eyes was filled with sadness.  I looked over and saw that she was carrying  a jacket.

"What's the jacket for?" I asked her. She blinked and looked at me as if I was dumb.

"It snows a lot there... Dipper I thought you were the smart one..." I blinked and looked away.

"I-I just forgot. Good thing I did pack some winter clothing I got."

"Yeah yeah, let's go Mr, Summers." She teases me.

"Hey! I just forgot!" I hear Mabel laughing at me, I chase her with my bags and she runs out into the car.

Mabel drove all the way there since she was the only one who actually knew how to get there. I sighed as I looked down at my phone.

"Bill not responding?" She wonders. I sighed and nodded. She sighs and takes out her phone.

"What are you doing?" She calls Bill, in the matter of seconds he picks up.

"What?! I was bus-"

"Your boyfriend was wondering if you found someone new yet?"

"Mabel!" I hit her shoulder, which makes her laugh.

"Oh shoot, Sorry Dipper if you messaged me. I was cleaning the house."

"Wait... your actually cleaning?!" I asked. Mabel burst out laughing. I look at Bill's face, his face was bright red.

"I-I know right Dipper? Bill never actually cleans unless he has to!"

"Okay! I'm cleaning because you guys are coming! I'm doing this alone! So shut up! Also Dipper, how could you think I wouldn't clean!" He sighs and hides his embarrassing face.

"Because you hardly clean. Then where is Pacifica?" I asked. Then the awkward silence walked in.

"She had to go out, her family went out of town for the holidays." Mabel finally said.

"Anyways I'm hanging up, gotta finish cleaning. " we nod and ended the call.

"Why don't you sleep Dipper? It's gonna be a long drive. I'll wake you up before we enter okay?" I sighed and nod.

I begin to find a comfortable spot, plug in some head phones and listened to music. I let the music drown me, drowning me until I fall asleep.

"Pper" I begin to hear. I sighed and turned away from the voices

"Dip-" I sighed again and tried to listen to the music.

"DIPPER PINES!" I hear Mabel shout. I bolted up and looked at her in shocks

"I'm up!" I shouted. I see her sigh and smiled.

"Look out the window." She tells me. I look out and see piles of snow everywhere.

"It snows that much here?" I asked her. I had a huge smile on my face, I put on a sweater since it was getting a little chilly.

"Yup, it snows really hard here as well. So the snow will be deep while we're here to warn you." I nod, there was snow everywhere.

Now I think about it, it's actually been awhile since I've touch or seen snow in person. It's been a few years since then.

"Dipper, welcome to Snow Falls." Mabel snaps me out of the thought, my eyes widen in surprise. Everywhere was covered in snow but, also in holiday decorations.

"Mabel, I'm glad I decided to join you this year!" I smiled at her.

This is a remake of the squeal. It will be a little different but that's it. This is all I'm going to do for remakes for the series.

I don't think I will continue the series, I have ideas but no time for them.
