Every since Midoriya left, the teachers have worsten training and has given them no breaks. Bakugou and Mina are getting specail treatment. Bakugou and Mina started dating a few days after Midoriya left. The teacher, Nezu, and BakuMina call/facetime Midoriya whenever they can, due the the time difference.
The only teacher that gives 1-a a break is AllMight cause of the whole 'his successor being homo' thing. The teachers dont talk or invite All Might with them. They always leave him out of events and conversations after they found out what he did to Midoriya.
Class 1-a feels bad for what they did, but for some reason they won't back down or apolizge to Midoriya. The teachers said if they say sorry, then they would at least give breaks, but they wont budge.
