Two days later, Sam was waiting with Rose on the sofa while Joseph, Alexandra and Elijah remained standing by the door. "When will your parents arrive?" Rose asked with a shy tone. "They could be here at any time." "Okay." "Don't be nervous. They know you're here. It's just unexpected. They didn't expect me to adopt anyone." "But you did." "My mother wasn't sure about it but I'm sure that she and my father will like that I did what I did to help." Then there was a knock on the door.

Elijah answered the door and a few seconds later, Sams parents walked into the room and everyone stood up. "Sam," his mother said the moment she saw him. "Hi mum. Hi dad. How was your trip?" "It was fine. It's still a nice root to take. The scenery is lovely." "I know. It's nice to drive by. Anyway, meet my new daughter Rose.

"It's nice to meet you," she said shyly. "Don't be shy. I know you don't know us, but you will. Right Richie?" "Yes Sammie." Rose then asked, "can I ask you a question?" "Of course," Sams mother answered with a smile. "Did you name dad after you?" It still sounded weird to her calling him dad. "Actually it was his fathers idea. He wanted to call him Sam before he was born." "What about a girl?" "It would have been Samantha. He wanted the name Sam no matter what gender we were having." "That's nice." "He just wanted to have a child with my name somewhere." "Aww."

After a couple of hours, Sam gave Rose a one armed hug before getting up and walking into the kitchen. "Can I get anyone a drink?" "I'll have a coffee please son." "Mum?" "Tea please." "Rose?" "Just a glass of water for me please." "Guys?" He asked his workers and they said they were fine. When he returned with the drinks, everyone looked at him and they saw that he had paled.

"Are you okay son? you've gone pale," his father noted. "I'm fine." "You've been working hard." His mother then stood up as well as Joseph and walked towards him. "Guys I'm fine." His mother took the tray from his hands and Joseph sat him down. "I think you should get some rest son." "No dad. You and mum are visiting and I'm staying here to see you." "You might be a billionaire, but we're still your parents. You're also looking after a teenager now. Looking after a kid is hard work." "I can do it."

Rose felt bad. She thought it was her fault that he was exhausted. "I'm sorry," she suddenly apologised. "Why is that?" Sam's mother asked. "It's my fault. I'm the reason he's tired." That's when Sam suddenly said, "it's really not your fault Rose. I'm working as well. If anything, it's more from work that makes me tired. Why don't you show us what you, Joseph and Elijah have been practicing?" The two men stood up, but she remained sat on the sofa. "Don't be nervous. I'd like to see how you've progressed." She swallowed the saliva in her mouth and looked at her new fathers waiter and their friend. She eventually nodded and slowly stood on her feet.
