(First chapter, les go! I might end up deleting this boring story, but we'll see! Yay!)

Day 1.

I am so confused on what was going on. I was scared. What on earth happened to the world? Please help me. I need to find someone, anyone, who can help me. I don't know what to do.. I'm so helpless.

I woke up to find myself lying there on the beach. I was soaking wet.

I lifted myself up, coughing up sea water and sand.

My clothes were dirty, and wet, of course. I moved my hair that covered my face.

How long was I out? I thought.

I saw my beanie lying on the sand in front of me, and my backpack was stuck in bushes not too far away.

At least I have my stuff.. I thought, sighing of relief.

I struggled to get up.

"Fuck.." I groaned in pain.

My back hurt so badly, and I fell back onto the sand. It was warm.

I could have just stayed there for a bit, and rested, but I did not want to risk getting dragged away by the water.

I forced myself to get up, coughing out. It was red. I was coughing out blood. I slowly got up, on one knee.

I pat down my clothes, trying to get the sand that was stuck all over my clothes off.

At least I have another set of clothes in my bag, right? I mean I'm visiting Dadza. I thought.

Or was.

I saw a lot of blankets and broken umbrellas around.

Huh, that's weird.. Did the people here run off from that.. wait. What even happened? I thought.

This did not look normal. Everything looked.. dead. I was so confused.

I guess I have some free blankets to take? I shrugged to myself, limping over to grab some blankets.

Hmm..

Ooh, I think I know what happened. They might have run away from the tsunami that took me. I thought.

I was picking up a few sandy blankets when I heard a distant coughing.

"Huh?" I looked over to see a man lying down in the distance.

"Oh god, oh fuck." I jogged over.

The man was wearing a swimsuit, he was covered in blood.

"Sir!? Are you okay!?" I crouched next to him.

What do I do, what the fuck do I do!? I panicked.

"Go.." The man breathed.

"What's happening!?" I said.

"Sur..vive..." The man said.

His body went limp, his eyes closing.

"What?" I said.

The man didn't answer.

"Hey!" I pushed my hands on his chest a few times. "Come on! Look at me!"

The man wasn't responding. He didn't give a sign that he was alive.

He's dead.. I thought.

I sat there, contemplating. What happened? Was he washed up too? Why was he so hurt?
