(Natasha's point off fiew)

I am sitting in Y/N room. Starring forward. Then I hear a knock.

'We found her', Bruce says.

I jump up, surprised. They had kept me in the dark, because they said I would let my emotions get in the way. But Y/N are just friends, right? Maybe friends with benefits. Bruce takes me to the livingroom where Steve and Tony are suit up.

'It will be easy to get her back', Tony says

'We will be back by night', he says.

They leave and they let me alone in the livingroom. They found her. It was going to be okay. She was going to be okay. 2 hours went by and I heard the jet. I run up to the landing pad and they come out carring Y/N, unconsciously. She looks abussed. They take her inside and they don't let me see her. They take her to meds and when they cleaned her up they let me see her. The last time I had seen her. She was going to a concert with Vera. SHe had told me that she was going to say that they would only be friends, to Vera. But she never came back. I take her hand and it is icecold. 

'She will be fine', Bruce says behind me.

Before I can respond. Y/N grabs me by my neck. She keeps holding it and I can't breath. She keeps chocking me and she looks me death in the eyes, but I don't recognize her. Her grib looses when Bruce gives her something what makes her fall asleep.

'What? Why? What was that?' I ask him.

'I am not sure', he says.

He looks at me and he takes me to the meeting room. They tell me that they had found out that Vera works for Hydra and had taken her to a Hydra base. Bruce aslo explains to everyone that she may have been tested on and that that would explain the weird react she had by seeing Nat. 

'Can you cure her?' I ask him.

'Maybe', he says.

Bruce immidiatly goes to the lab with Tony to find something they can cure in her blood. We had put her in a cell with plastic glass to keep her in. She is sitting in the middle looking down.

'Hi', I say.

She doesn't look up and I continue.

'Y/N?' I ask.

No respond.

'I missed you. I was worried. I hope you are feeling better. Could you tell me what happend so we maybe can help?'

She looks up. 

'She doesn't talk', Tony says behind me.

'What do you mean?'

'Like I say. I am not even sure she can hear us', he says. 'I tried talking to her, but nothing'.

'Maybe Peter?' I propose.

'He would not be able to see her like this', he says.

I walk to the glass and pound my hands against it. 

'Do you even hear me!' I yell at her.

'You said you missed her and that you were worried about her. Although I a not sure you really mean that. You want to help her, but you can't. She doesn't talk. I do and I can hear you, she can't', she says numb.

Tony and I stand there in shock. Then she starts screaming.

'Natasha', she says begging.

I run to the door, but when I want to open it I can't move. In the corner of my eyes I see Wanda and Clint. She shakes her head. A tear falls down. Y/ N stops screaming and passes out. They take my away from her and tell me to go to sleep, but I can't close my eyes. Every time I do I see her. The time in the closet and when I gave her the hickey. The time I saw her for the last time, before all this. Weeks pass and  I can't bring myself up to see her. Then one night Steve walks in. 

'They think they found something', he says.

I look up.

'Think?' I ask.

'Yes, think, but it is worth a shot', he says.

He brings me to the plastic cell where she is drawing with chalk Tony had given her. I nod at Bruce and the cell fills with green smoke. Y/N starts screaming and after a moment it stops. It is silent. The green smoke disapears and she is laying on the floor unconsciously.

(Back to Y/N point of fiew)

I wake up in my bed. Natasha laying beside me. I don't remember anything from the concert and Nat besides me opens her eyes. 

'Morning sunshine', she wispers in my ear. 

'Did I tell Vera', I ask her.

'Yes, but you had to much to drink and you had to go the hospitol', she tells me.

'How long have I been out?' I ask her.

'Less then a month', she says.

I let her words sink in. I didn't remember a thing. Also nothing from the day I went to the concert. 

'But now you are fine', she says. 

'You want to go make a walk?' she asks.

I nod and we walk for hours. She explains that I missed almost nothing and that I could go on missions again. The weeks after that Natasha and I went back to hating each other again. I didn't know why, but it did. It felt like she was hiding something from me. Something about the month I was out. I will find out what really happend. One day almost everyone is on a mission only me and Nat are in the tower. I take this as my opportunity to find out what really happend. I hear Natasha taking a shower.

'Jarvis can you show me the camare footage from the nights I wasn't awake?' I ask him.

'Do you want the footage from when you came back?' he asks.

'yes please'.

He shows me what happend. I came in with the jet. Then I see myself in the plastic cell. I see myself having pain. I hear someone behind me and I see Natasha.

'Did you know?'I ask her.

'I am so sorry', she says.

But before I can answer angry at her. I hear voices. I scream it out. 

'Stop!' I yell. 'Make them stop'.

I see Natasha's green eyes when I pass out.
