The Babysitter

It was my usual day and a couple had reached out to me and asked me to babysit their 8 year old girl for them.I said sure since I needed the money and they told me the address and the number I need to all if something happens,I got their at 7 and the parents said goodbye and headed out.I headed upstairs to the little girls bedroom I would babysitting and saw her playing with her dolls and I asked "Are you Hungry?" She shook her head no and I went downstairs to watch TV and made myself something to eat and made her something too and put plastic wrap on it so whenever she was hungry I could just heat it up for her.Soon,it was awhile and it was already 9am I went up and put her to bed with her sparkly blue teddy bear I went back down stairs and sat on the couch on my phone till I heard a loud scream and a thud.I rushed up stairs to open the door and not see her,I quickly closed the door and ran to my phone and called the emergency number I tears freaking out that I had lost her.It was her parents and I told them what happened all they said we're "I'm sorry." I didn't understand,I went upstairs and saw a shadow from the light I switched on from the hallway,I slowly looked up and that's when I saw her she had what looked like the head of her teddy bear and her in tears upsidedown on the ceiling with her tears dropping like rain.I screamed and all I heard was "He told me to do it so I ripped him apart but he didn't like that." I finally knew what they meant by sorry.
