Chapter 1

It was dark and cold

Running was her only option

"Run little girl, run!", she heard him laugh

After hours of trying to escape, she got tired and took shelter in an old rusty barrel

Hearing footsteps coming near, she sobbed quietly

"Hmm where could you be hiding?"

Her worst fear took place when light came in

"Found you", he smiled widely and grabbed her by the hair

"NO!! PLEASE!! LET ME GO!", punching and kicking were of no use

"Too late for that, little girl. It's time for you to pay your debt", unzipping his pants, he made her bend over a car

Jihyo, help me

She cried remembering what happened

Jihyo came back from work to see Mina washing the dishes

"Mina! I'm home!", putting down her bag

The younger rushed to her and kissed her lips, "Welcome back! Want to eat first or freshen up?"

The latter smirked and held Mina by the waist, "How about I eat you while we freshen up?", making her blush

"S-stop! Just go already!", pushing the laughing girl

When Jihyo got out of the shower, she took her phone and looked at it in horror

Just then, loud banging was heard from their door

"Open up little kittens!! We're here to get what you owe us!"

Jihyo pulled Mina and pushed her to the back door, "Whatever you do, don't look back. I'll handle them, okay? Take your phone so I can know where you are"

The younger hesitated and said, "W-what! No! I won't lea—", their door was broken down and the men were looking for them

"Go Mina!! RUN!"

Just as the man was about to insert himself, he was shot in the head

"Selfish horny bastard"

The unknown man hid his gun and checked the girl

"N-no.. p-please.. l-let me g-go", covering her ears

It broke the man's heart

"Hey, it's okay, you're safe now", he tried to pat the girl's back, but she flinched

"Okay, umm I'll take you back home. Where do you live, miss?"

The girl was quiet and didn't want to talk, so he needed to think of something quick

An idea came and he took out his phone, "Look, do you see them? These are my pets. That brown poodle is Nanan, the white pomeranian is Bbosong, and that cute angry cat is Bami HAHAHA. I love them to death, even if they are extremely naughty. But sadly, Bbosong is in little dog heaven now"

She saw that he was indeed down, and it made her feel bad

Maybe he's a nice man

Patting his back, she smiled at him

"I-I'm sure he's in a g-good place", it made him laugh hearing her stutter

"I know, and you should be too. Would you mind telling me where you live so that I can take you back?"

She didn't budge though, making him sigh

"How about I book you a hotel and let you rest there? Though a hotel IS filled with people. There might even be MORE dangerous ones there"

He looked to his side and saw the girl quiver. Holding his chin, he said, "Hmmm my mansion is pretty big and secured, I have lots of guards that could protect you, do you wanna come with me?"

Is he trying to get me in bed too? But he DID save me. Sigh I guess it's better than dying out here in the cold, plus the other loan sharks might find me too

Looking into his eyes, she tried to find any form of lie, but there was none

Smiling slowly, she nodded

"Okay great! My car is over there, let's go miss..?"

"Mina, Myoui Mina"

"Miss Mina, what a beautiful name"

His comment made her flustered, but a person didn't leave her mind
