Chapter 5 - Oppa!

"Who gave you these chocolates and flowers?"
I heard a manly voice. I looked behind and saw.......
"Oppa" I yelled from bliss as i saw my brother after like 2 years. He shifted to USA for the expandation of our buisness worldwide.
"Hey, Little One!" He always addressed me like that to tease me.
"Hey, I am not little you are just too tall" I complained.
"Okay, Okay, but seriously who gave you these flowers and chocolates? It better not be a boy!" He warned me.
I let out a chuckle and said
"No, it isn't! Aecha unnie gifted me these."
"Aecha, who?" He asked.
I explained him about all this chaos.
"Okay, now i understand. Thank god, it's not a boy."
"Take a chill pill, bro! For now let's go home." I suggested.
"Yep!" He replied.
We both left the hospital and went home.

Jungkook's POV

After work, i went to the hospital again to see the beautiful doctor. As i was about to leave the hospital, i saw Y/N going out with a tall and built up man. I was not able to see his face but i think he must be pretty handsome as Y/N is so pretty herself. They both had their hands interlocked. They both seemed pretty close. Ahh.... this is the reason why she was avoiding me, and she is so smart that she was portraying her 'playing hard to get' attitude. When i met her for the first time,i was really intrigued by her as she was the first one to reject me. I guess she is very happy with him. I felt bad for the first time as i saw her with him. I am not used to this feeling but i guess i learned a new lesson named 'Heartbreak...'

Y/N's POV
As we reached home, mom and dad were very happy to see oppa. After sometime, the maids set up the dinner table and we all gathered for dinner. Dad was asking oppa about buisness while mom was telling him that he became as thin as a stick. Typical mom behaviour. While i was just watching my family chatting and feeding each other. Suddenly mom asked him about one of the buisness partners and when i heard their name, i was shocked to the core.
"The jeons?" I asked.
"Yes honey, the Jeons, do you know them by any chance?" Mom asked me.
"Yes, i know them, a few months ago Mr. Jeom suffered from a heart attack and i was the one who attented him." I explained.
"Oh! I didn't knew about, i heard that their son took over the company." Mom asked.
"Yes, their son has took over the company and he is quite good at executing and administration." Oppa explained.
"You know that jerk-i mean jungkook!" I asked him.
"Yes, i know him he is one of my best friends. Why would you call him a jerk, i know he is a playboy, but still?" He asked me. I didn't knew what to say so i just shrugged my shoulders and he didn't question me further. I took a sigh of relief as i didn't wanted him to know about the encounter between me and jungkook as it was not a very pleasant one! And he even told me he is one of his best friends and he is very protective of me so i don't want to ruin his friendship with that jerk.
"We should invite the Jeon's as well to the party!" Dad said.
"What party?" I asked
"Your brother came home after one whole year so we are going to host a party for his homecoming and now he is the CEO so it will be a great opportunity for him to bond with other companies CEO's." Mom explained.
"You never hosted a party for me when i came back from Pensylvania." I whined.
"See mom, she is so jealous of me, what kind of a sister she is!" Oppa interferred.
"You are not a good brother either, you came back after one year and you didn't even bring a gift for me!" I replied back.
"I am not a vagabond who roams from here to there. I work and i am not free like you!" He fired back.
"As if i am, i am a doctor, i am busy too  you know! I don't even have any idea when the sun rises and when it sets. I have a lot of patients to attend,  you don't even have any idea how i feel when emergency cases come, and on top of that i have to deal with some jerks too, but still, i took some time out of my schedule to buy you some gifts, but you can't even spare some time out for me!" I said.
"I know you are busy, but i am more busy than you." He fired back.
We both started bickering, but at last, he won as mom said that he just came today and he must be jet-lagged so he is just moody, but deep down i knew that he wasn't moody he was just tired and frustated from all the pressure he was going through at work and he just spilled all his difficulties and the bitter truth of fame and reality......

Day of the party:

Y/N's POV
I am super late for the party as i was engaged in a surgery. I reached home and saw that the party had started a long time ago as everyone was having their dinner. The neon lights, the clinking of the glasses and all the alcohol smell radiated a very fancy party vibe. But, everyone knew that most of the people were here for their business and no one really cared about oppa's homecoming. Some just cared about the gossips, some of them were just resentful and most of them were here to get high on food like me. So i guess i can't just blame them. As i was about go to my room to get, i saw jungkook from my balcony. I was thinking about him yesterday, as i didn't saw him for the entire week. I hate to admit but he was looking etheral in his black suit along with his perfectly creased shirt and shining shoes. He was totally giving off a totally captivating rich CEO vibes. But then suddenly the head of all the workers in the house and as sweet as honey, Audrea Auntie, entered my room and scolded me for getting late for the party. I am very emotionally attached to her as i spent my entire childhood with her. We both had a very special bond and felt free to share our feelings with each other. She told me to get ready as fast as i can and to reach downstairs in the yard, where the party was held. I wore a royal blue dress, which hugged my curves perfectly along with some dangling earrings which went well with the dress. The whole attire was complementing my aura in a very equisite way. I was putting my earrings on my way to the yard.
