It all started when I was 17 and I was looking around on my computer. I realized that I was still single and I felt that needed to change. I had been questioning how I felt about myself for awhile and i decided that i needed companionship. So, checking to make sure that my parents were not home, I logged onto christianmingle.com to find a partner. I created an account and started searching through the site to find a match.
2 hours later
Finally after hours of searching and chatting with people, I found the perfect partner. Her name was Latisha. She was the same age as I was and her interests matched mine.
Her page read:
LongHaired_LatishaName: Latisha

Fun Fact: Has a fetish for smelly feet"She's perfect...." I whispered to myself as I sent her a message and added her as a friend. Five seconds later, I received a notification. It was her. She had sent me a message.
It read:
Hi;) Im Latisha, and it's nice to meet you. Your profile shows potential and I feel like we could become friends, if you would like. Hit me up if you want to talk more. My number is 861-346-9867.I squealed with delight as I added her number into my ancient flip phone. I knew that I wanted to be her friend but maybe more if she wants. Excitedly, I closed my laptop and skipped over to my bed. Laying down on the soft covers, I smiled to myself, thinking of what could happen with Latisha. But there was one thing I was afraid of. Well, a couple of things, actually.
1: She could be a totally different person than she says she is.
2: She would break my heart eventually.
3. She could be a serial killer(hopefully not)
4. Her not liking me when we meet, if we meet(this is most likely going to happen, because I'm a noob)Things could go so many different ways, but hopefully our relationship would flourish into something amazing.
I texted her for an hour or two until the light outside faded into darkness.
I turned off my phone and and flipped off the lights, smiling as I drifted off to sleep.
