20h18 pm

Yeosang, Wooyoung, Mingi and Hongjoong were in San's former living room which now resembled a war field. There were tents and camping gear everywhere around the couches and on the floor. The five boys had pooled their resources together and had managed to find all sorts of things for their weekend. They had also been put in charge of makings the sandwich for tomorrow's lunch.

The teachers had given them tons of sliced break and the class's treasury to go buy ham and cheese as well as sauces, tomatoes and such. Hongjoong and Wooyoung  had established a system and were swiftly going through making the sandwiches for everyone when Yeosang trotted inside the kitchen sitting on top of the counter watching them.

"Don't forget not to put butter in mine" Yeosang said. (a/n: here they always put butter in their sandwich and I don't eat butter so I always have to ask them not to put in mine or I simply don't eat xd So I thought I'd put it in here too cause my stories are always filled with habits and anecdotes from my life 😊 )

The two boys rolled their eyes, their friend had already asked them this ten times and no they hadn't forgotten. Yeosang laughed seeing their faces and cheered when he saw Mingi come in the kitchen.  He called him over and jumped on his back, as the tall boy piggybacked him around the kitchen.

"Don't you want to help us instead of playing?" A tired and frustrated Wooyoung exclaimed.

"No" The two boys answered at the same time as they left laughing. Wooyoung mentally cursed them and kept on preparing the sandwiches.

"Saaaaan" The boy whined as the ravenette immediately ran towards him, checking if he was okay. Wooyoung smiled before clinging onto his friend claiming he was tired and didn't want to help with the sandwiches anymore. San went to drop him down on the couch and went to help Hongjoong finish preparing the last sandwiches.

The bus would come by the house at three in the morning so the boys had decided to wake up at two, they would have an hour to shower, dress up and eat, which should be enough. For now, they ordered pizza and went to watch a movie, set on going to bed early.

00h13 am

Hongjoong was lying on an inflated mattress next to San's bed and was fuming. The boys had turned the lights off at ten o'clock claiming they needed sleep for tomorrow, only he hadn't slept for a second in the two hours since they had shut off the lights. Why? Because Woosan were watching videos on Wooyoung's phone and wouldn't stop laughing obnoxiously loud. A very annoyed Hongjoong looked to his right and saw Yeosang was already fast asleep with both of his earphone's buried in his ears to cover the noise. Hongjoong turned his friend's phone on and stopped the music, before connecting it back to the charger.

The brunette was a very calm person, but sleep was something very precious for him and he did not appreciate not getting it. He needed peace and quiet to be able to sleep and the two teenagers were definitely not giving him that.

"Guys, seriously shut up!!" The elder impulsively yelled making the two stop for a moment.

"Sorry Joong" They both apologized and kept quiet. Of course, the silence lasted only ten minutes and giggle were heard once again.

Frustrated by his friend's behavior, the brunette huffed and got up, he went downstairs to go drink some water. After quenching his thirst, he went in the living room and saw Mingi sound asleep on the couch.

He smiled and kneeled in front of him, admiring his beautiful features. The red haired male stirred in his sleep and his eyes fluttered open for a few seconds, scaring Hongjoong who thought he had woken him up.

"Can't sleep?" Mingi groggily asked with his eyes still shut.

"No...Woosan won't let me, but I'm going to go, sorry if I woke you" Hongjoong got up but stopped when he felt a hand wrap around his wrist.

"Stay"

"Huh?"

"I won't keep you up" A half asleep Mingi pulled lightly on the other's wrist making him tumble forward.

He gently gathered him in his arms under the blanket, sharing with him a couch pillow before drifting back to sleep.

At first Hongjoong stood frozen in the other's arm, what had just happened? Mingi's arms were gently wrapped around his small figure, he could feel his breath on his neck and his legs tangled with his.

A blush creeped on his face as well as a smile, the younger was much taller than him and Hongjoong couldn't help but feel safe in his arms. Relieved that he would be able to sleep tonight, the brunette closed his eyes, immediately falling asleep.
