7: I'm back!

Everyone erupted in the classroom. I just smiled and walked to sit next to Adonis.

"Who is that?"

"I-is that Mylo?"

"I thought he was dead?"

"Didn't he kill himself?"

My brother glared at me in disgust.

Clyd then jumped up and yelled,"How are you alive!" He then realized his mistake.

"Kill myself? Now why would I do that? Why don't you tell them what happened Clyd?"

Clyd was visibly panicking. He couldn't believe I was still alive and in perfect condition.

"What happened Clyd?" someone in the class asked.

"Yeah, what happened?" someone else asked.

Clyd was pale in the face at this point.

Then the teacher walked in,"Quiet down class."

Then the teacher called attendance and gave everyone their badges. Adonis's badge was gold. My brother's badge was also gold *blegh* and Clyd's was purple. Even when I limited my power quite a bunch, my badge was still gold.

"How the hell is Mylo's badge gold?!" my brother yelled.

"My name is Orion now dear brother." I said with a fake smile.

"Teacher there must have been a mistake! How did I get purple but he got gold!" Clyd complained.

"Be quiet Clyd! Are you saying the crystal ball made a mistake! And if it did then he was powerful enough to trick the crystal ball." the teacher reprimanded.

Clyd grumbled and sat lower in his seat while I had a small smile on my face.

"How come they called you Mylo?" Adonis suddenly asked.

"Hmm? Oh that was my name in my old world. I didn't like it so I changed it." I replied.

"Oh ok."

"Anyways class, I am Mrs.Sugarwood and this is my class. In this class you will be researching about mana, magic, and such. You will have my class and target practice class every Monday and Wednesday. You will have mana manipulation class and battle basics class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be free days, you can do anything you want on those days. Sometimes competitions are held and they usually take a week to finish." the teacher explained.

Someone raised their hand and asked,"Mrs.Sugarwood, why do I need to learn mana and magic? I am a swordsman not a magician."

"Well you need to learn mana because everyone can use mana. Mana is the life force for all living beings. Everyone can use mana to strengthen their bodies or their weapons. Magicians just naturally have better control over their mana and they have the ability to use elements. Every magician has an aptitude for at least one element." the teacher explained.

The rest of the class finished without any hitches. The class was about two and a half hours long. The next thing was lunch, lunch was one hour long because it gave you time to eat and rest for a bit.

"Hey Orion, how come you aren't heading to the cafeteria?" Adonis questioned.

"Oh because cafeterias are too loud so I'm just gonna go back to the dorm. I can cook for you if you want though." I replied.

"Sure, thanks."

We both headed back to the dorms. I cooked for both of us and gave Cormac darkness crystals. We talked for the whole hour. We then headed to target practice class.
