A Time Back Then... [The Promised Neverland]

January 7th.

The week went by so quickly, and so it hit Leslie's birthday pretty quickly, and Isabella comes into his room, one last time, to hang out with him, and Leslie was already putting his stuff away, he then looks at Isabella, who looked extremely sad, "oh, hello Isabella..." Isabella looks at him, "hey.. it's your birthday..." She then smiles slightly, "happy birthday, Leslie." Leslie smiles back at her, "thank you Isabella."

Isabella slightly smiles, "you're welcome... Hey, Leslie?" Leslie nods, "yes, Isabella?" Isabella points out his guitar, "can.. you play the Lullaby one last time?" Leslie smiles, "sure. But then I have to get downstairs so I can head out, since it's starting to become late." Isabella nods, "alright..." Leslie then gets up and grabs his guitar and starts playing it, playing Isabella's lullaby, and Isabella smiles.

After a bit, he finishes playing it, and Isabella waves bye, "bye Leslie... I won't ever forget you! I promise you, I'll figure out a way to live longer, longer then anyone else! For you!" Leslie smiles, "thank you Isabella... Without you, I would still be extremely inconfident in myself and my music... Your determination, and everything... It made me feel braver, I was happy to have a friend like you, for such a long time." Isabella smiles, and hugs Leslie, Leslie hugs her back.

They then stop hugging and Leslie gets up, "I'm going to leave my guitar here, because it doesn't fit in my suitcase... It'll be under my bed, or well my old bed. So if you want it.. you can look there, unless if Mama moves it, if she does, look for it, alright?" Isabella nods, "alright..." Leslie and Isabella then head downstairs together.

Once they got downstairs, Sarah hands Leslie the hat, "where's you guitar, Leslie?" Leslie looks at Sarah, "oh.. it wouldn't fit in my suitcase, so I have to leave it." Sarah nods, "I see. Alright, kids, say your good byes too Leslie." The kids nod and say good bye, Isabella says something more, "be safe out there's Leslie!" Leslie smiles at Isabella and waves goodbye, and Sarah brings him to the gate.

After a few moments, all the kids walk away and Isabella goes into Leslie's room and lays on his bed, "Leslie.. I promise that I'll live longer then everyone.. for your sake... I'll miss you...."
