Ariana POV
It's been a couple of days and I was stil thinking about Kalin I was slowly giving up because he would leave first thing in the morning and back late at night so I never got the chance to talk to him .
Alex was gone and he took Myles and the boys were out I was all alone . I walked downstairs and knocked on Kalin's door
Tasha opened it "Hey girl" she pulled me into a hug "Hey are you busy?" I rubbed my hands together "No is everything okay?" she moved aside for me to walk in I did so and sat on the couch "I think the question is just are you guys okay?" "What do you mean?" You and Kalin? I just wanna know if you guys are okay" she sat next to me "Were perfect why?" I realized this was a bad idea "Nothing its just--" Kalin walked in
"Oh uh hey Ariana " he reluctantly spoke "She just came over to see how I was doing" she stood up walking over to him "Oh well I'm gonna go take a shower I'll be back " he smiled kissing her and walking towards the bathroom
"That isn't weird to you?" I stood up "No what's wrong?" she raised an eyebrow "You know what nevermind thanks for your time" I hugged her and left okay this is all weird as fuck
I went home and took a shower when I got out I heard my boys come home I changed quickly and went to make some lunch for them I kissed them and have them their food "How was your day babe?" Alex smiled sitting me on his lap "I went to Tasha and Kalin's house--" "Are you still going off about that Ariana don't worry it's okay your over thinking this wayy too much" He rubbed my back
"No I can't just let it go when my uncle is acting different than he ever has in years" I sighed "You just don't get me" I sighed getting up "No Ariana wait!" I heard him yell but I ignored it going into the room and laying on the bed
"Babe I'm sorry" Alex came in the room with Myles setting him on the floor and walking over sitting on the edge of the bed "Its fine" I sighed "Come here" He held my hand and pulled me up inlaid my head on his chest whole he hugged me and shook his leg up and down I felt like a baby
"You know I love you right?" "Right" "Good" he smiled and pecked my lips "How are you feeling?" I laid back down and he rubbed my back "I'm so tired" "Take a nap beautiful Jake and Dom are coming over for dinner and--" "Youre making the dinner!" "Noo!" he whined I sat up and gave him the look and that shut him right up I giggled
"Well me and Myles are gonna take a nap you go ahead and start dinner" I laughed standing up and grabbing Myles Alex rolled his eyes and walked out
Myles was a really calm baby and just like the rest of his family he loved naps.
I wrapped him up in my arms and laid down all I had to do was run his back of play with his little poof he had and he was out .
Alex POV
Later
The twins just got home and so did Jake and Dom .
"Whats cooking ?" Jake shook my hand "Everything" I wiped the sweat off my forehead and he laughed "Where's Ariana?" "In the room she took a nap I dont know if she's up by now" Dom nodded and walked off "Need help with anything?" Izaya walked over "Yeah can you set up the table please" he nodded "Sophie is coming over later" "So is Lexi!" I nodded "Okay" Ariana Myles and Dom came over and sat on the table "Hey Jake" she hugged Jake "Hey girl" he chuckled and hugged her back
"How are you" she sat across from him "I'm good how are you?" "Good" she smiled Tasha and her kids came in "Hi guys!"
I knew how Sylvia used to feel when everyone would just come over but hey were all fam .
"Where's Kalin?" Ariana looked around "He had to go handle some business he said" she nodded
Ariana POV
in the middle of dinner Jake's phone rang "No phones at the table!" I joked and he smiled and picked it up

What?!?!
He stood up almost knocking everything over
Alright alright I'm on my way now!
He stood up and ran off we all looked around "Whats going on?" "I don't know should I follow him?" Dom stood up "If you want but I mean ughh why is everyone acting so weird and suspicious?!"
"What?" "Kalin is basically avoiding me and now Jake?" I sighed "Jake isn't avoiding you baby don't worry" "But watch he's going to I just know it" "Anyways can we get back to dinner?" Tasha spoke and we all looked at her "Are you gonna pull this card too?" I looked at her she lightly laughed "Honey you need to calm down nothing is going on with Kalin and nothing's going on with Jake just deep breaths nothing's going on okay?" she walked up and kissed my forehead
After dinner it was just me and Alex cleaning up "This isn't normal!" I exploded and basically yelled at Alex "Yeah I agree with you now love I'm sorry for doubting you I never thought about it as much as tonight but something is definitely up and we need to figure this out" he hugged me "Thank you" I sighed
We'll get through this together babe" he pulled away and held both my hands kissing my lips
