Izaya POV
I stood still at the door waiting for her to open the door but I stood there for a good three minutes I turned to my parents and they motioned me to open the door I shrugged and nodded
I put my hand on the door knob and took a deep breath my heart was racing and I twisted the door and opened it wide and I really could not believe my eyes
Sophie sleeping on Isaac's shoulder "YO WHAT THE FUCK" I ran over to Isaac and literally ripped through the cloth on my hands I grabbed Isaac by his shirt and threw him against the wall causing the things to fall down Sophie woke up and ran over to us trying to stop us
But there was no stopping he was dead meat. (Haven't heard that reference in years) "Izaya calm down--" "No Fuck you what the Fuck is wrong with you!" I screamed in his face my parents ran over I guess I should of closed the door my mom grabbed Isaac and my dad pulled me back moving Sophie so she wouldn't get hurt
"YOUR AN IDIOT! I THOUGHT I TOLD YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM HER!" I screamed trying to get a grip of Isaac in any way "YOURE THE IDIOT! YOU DONT KNOW SHIT I WAS JUST COMFORTING HER YOU DUMB ASS!" "SHUT UP IM NEVER FORGIVING YOU FOR THIS!" I finally got out of the grip of my dad and ran to Isaac I pushed him back again and he fell to the floor Sophie was screaming and my dad ran over stopping me and pushing me toward the wall
"Baby please stop!" My mom looked over at me while she was on the floor helping Isaac up tears in her eyes yup she was the only thing that can stop me from doing stupid shit "Alright alright I'm done" I sighed putting my hands up in surrender
I tried but this ruined it all. I walked past them all and to the front door "Izaya wait!" I heard Isaac I rolled my eyes and looked over at him "Alright I know your mad because you obviously think that I'm trying to get with Sophie but look even though your not apologizing or probably never will I will forgive you because your my brother I love you and I love Sophie she's like my little sister that I've always wanted so you go on don't let this stop you go talk to her do your thing bro" he half smiled and walked past me I stood there shocked
"Hey man" I turned around and so did Isaac "Thanks" I smiled and she shot a smile back to me "You okay?" my parents walked over to me "I'm fine" they nodded "We'll leave you two alone" they walked out and closed the door
I awkwardly stood there as Sophie sat on the couch crying her eyes out with her head in her hand I walked over slowly and sat down next to her "Hey" I whispered "Why would you do this" she put her hands down and sniffled "I'm sorry I just--" "Do you really think I would cheat on you with your brother!?" "No I just--" "Is this even a fucking relationship anymore Izaya?"
"Yes it is I fucking want it to be why do you think I came here I'm sorry I ducked up I stopped talking to you for so long this news hit me like a truck but I love you and this baby Sophie I'm sorry just please forgive me" I was now standing up pacing back and forth "Izaya do you realize how much pain you put me through?" she stood up putting her hands on her face and crying again
I took the chance I got and brought her into my chest she cried and put her hands up on her tiny face a tear rolled down my cheek as I rubbed her back "I'm sorry" I sighed "Please don't leave me please don't go away" She sobbed and pulled away putting her hands on my arms "I promise I never will ever again I love you Sophie" "I love you too" she cried as I pressed my lips onto her kissing her this felt so right and I missed this feeling she gave me
All these butterflies cockroaches birds peacocks were all because of her I realized in that moment that I loved Sophie and I was never ever leaving her again.
"Oh my god what happened to your hands?" she ran into the kitchen grabbing my arm she grabbed a cloth and started to clean up the blood tha k god I still had my stitches but I was just very bloody now
"I'm fine I'm fine" "What did you do?" She cleaned it up looking really concerned "I uh kind of fought a tree" she looked up at me "The tree won" I went on she started giggling causing her deep dimples to appear I smiled back at her "Your an idiot" She giggled and kissed my cheek "Let me wrap this up again" she turned around opening her first aid kit and wrapping a cloth around my hands
"Now stop punching everything" she smiled "I will" I smiled "Okay come here we need to talk about this" she sighed "Agreed" I followed her onto the couch her stomach was so big now it made me feel a little weird but maybe a good weird.
Isaac POV
I just got home I drove my parents home so they left one car for Izaya to bring back we were all on the dinner table "I'm so proud of you baby" my mom smiled "I didn't do anything" I looked up "You took all of this like a man you helped Sophie when she didn't have anyone and you forgave your brother for being a little too over exaggerant " My dad smiled "I mean I guess" I smiled
"Your a good boy" "okay okay but I'm not a dog" I rolled my eyes and they laughed "So are you guys excited?" I smiled wide "For what?" "Your wedding shit" "Hey hey this wedding is not shit your a little shit" my mom stood up and I chuckled
"Are you inviting your girlfriend?" "No she's not in town" I sighed "Oh really?!" I heard a very familiar voice behind me I turned around and see Melissa my heart began to race "Melissa?!" "Isaac" she smiled wide and ran into my arms
